In the article, “Panic Rooms, Birth Certificates and the Birth of GOP Paranoia,” the former House speaker blasts the emergence of the Republican Party’s “Crazytown,” while the Democratic Party’s Crazytown gaslights America.

Modern "Art"

 So yesterday, Kim du Toit wrote a post about how a whole bunch of art collectors/dealers/people were fooled by forgeries created by some Chinese guy in Long Island.  He wrote the post after watching a documentary on the forgeries, how they were created, and how ego and pride allowed a whole bunch of people to get suckered.

But there's also the fact that the forgeries were all modern "art".  I won't say that Mr. du Toit and I are alike, but the one thing we do have in common is our absolute loathing of modern "art".  And our love for the M1911A.  And curvaceous women.  OK, so we have quite a few things in common.  But still, you get the point.

His post came to mind when I read this article about a couple who accidentally painted over a $500,000 painting.  How could this be?  Well, it was modern "art", so.....

A South Korean couple mistakenly tarnished a half-million dollar American artwork when they painted over it, as seen in a cringeworthy clip.

“They thought they were allowed to do that as participatory art and made a mistake,” said Kang Wook, head of the exhibition at Seoul’s Lotte World Mall, where the accidental vandalism took place, Reuters reported. The damaged 95-by-275-inch untitled piece was painted by Paris-based artist JonOne, a k a Harlem-born John Andrew Perello, before a live audience in 2016 — and is valued at a whopping $500,000.

1) If that painting is actually worth $500,000, then I'm Howard Hughes.  You could make a better painting by eating a pound of Skittles and some ExLax and squatting over a canvas.

2) If people think that the artwork is such that they're allowed to add to it, then maybe you shouldn't call it art at all.  Nobody except the mentally ill thinks that they're allowed to paint over the Mona Lisa.  Nobody except the demonic would take a chisel to Michelangelo's Pieta.  Nobody takes a brush to a Van Gogh or a Rembrandt.  But splotches of paint thrown on a wall?  I can see exactly why they thought they could do this.  And to make things worse....

Arranged in front of the abstract opus were the paint cans and brushes used in its creation. They’re considered part of the piece, which may have given the aforementioned pair the wrong impression.

They left actual paint and actual brushes in front of a piece of so-called "art" that looks like a thousand kindergarteners had a food fight, and didn't expect this to happen?

The "art" gallery is run by idiots and fools for multiple reasons, and the people who pay to see said "art" prove P.T. Barnum right every single day.

As an aside, if you asked me to name my favorite painter, I couldn't.  While I can enjoy a painting, I've always been much more in tune with music as my favorite art form.  So I can go on and one about Mussorgsky's Night on Bald Mountain or why Tchaikovsky wasn't as popular as Rossini, but when it comes to paintings I can just say that damn near any "art" created on a canvas after 1940 is pretty much garbage.  I'd rather see Bob Ross do a painting on PBS than see anything from Jackson Pollock.  If I wanted to see the end result of a dude with a speedball and a set of paints, well, I woiuldn't want to see that, so I don't waste my time on Jackson Pollock.

On March 31, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released video footage of two girls getting thrown over the border wall into New Mexico. According to CBP, they were dropped from the top of the wall by two men, and fell 14 feet to the ground. The girls, from Ecuador, are sisters aged three and five years old.

The video, shot at night in infrared, shows two men bringing the girls to the top of the wall and then dropping them to the hard ground below. The first girl struggles to get up as the second girl falls to the ground next her, appearing to land directly on her tailbone.

The camera then pans to follow the two men as they walk back away from the wall on the Mexico side.

Trump was reducing the flow of illegal aliens, and Biden ripped the doors off and welcomed everybody in.  If you voted for Biden, then you voted for this.  It wasn't a secret.  It wasn't a hidden agenda.  The Democrats were boldly open about their desire to allow all the illegal aliens into this country.  And so now we get this.

So now that the cartels are making millions upon millions of dollars a day from smuggling humans across the border, as well as additional millions from smuggling drugs, and even more millions from using women and children as sex slaves, all I can tell any Leftist who wants to pull at my heart-strings is "FUCK YOU, OWN IT!"  These Leftists want to claim the moral high ground, but how moral is it to allow the cartels to traffic teenage girls as prostitutes?  How moral is it to allow fentanyl and other narcotics into this country as we're going through an overdose epidemic?  How moral is it to allow coyotes to rape women and children who are getting smuggled in to this country, to the point that girls as young as ten have to be given a pregnancy test by the Border Patrol?

The Left has no moral standing.  Do not let them try to claim one.  They are not compassionate, they are not moral, they are not "caring", they are a progressive rot on this country.  Make them own it.  Every fucking day.

The facts are that Covid-19 basically burned itself out before the first shot went in the first arm and that none of the mitigating factors prevented net deaths from occurring; in fact all these mitigations, from mask orders to lockdowns to closing businesses and others caused more deaths due to ODs, suicides, avoidable heart attacks and strokes not screened for and other maladies by a wide factor than the mitigations, even using fatally flawed claims taken on faith by these very same agencies, could have possibly saved.  The actions we could have taken to actually reduce death, specifically as regards care home and other medical facilities we deliberately refused to do and we knew those actions would save lives.  Instead of protecting the most-vulnerable while those least-likely to be seriously harmed were naturally infected and built a wall of population immunity we deliberately refused to protect those older and sicker people from infection via the health care system and they died.

Given this record of falsehoods, actions and intentional refusals to act you're willing to bet your life they're telling the truth this time?

 It's all about overwhelming the system so the system can be destroyed.

Due to what we believe is misdirected policy from Washington, DC undocumented persons are being released into our communities. This is overloading our NGOs and nonprofits. Once released we have an affirmative responsibility to provide some standard of care for these people. Our local community resources are no longer able to provide social services to our own citizens. We have no meaningful assistance from the federal government. The appearance is of washing their hands of a mess they alone created and leaving it to border communities to struggle through. This is completely unacceptable.

That's my emphasis there, and it's pretty damn important.  The Democrats are deliberately, and with extreme malice, attempting to bring in as many illegal aliens as they can into the USA, because they know the USA can't handle it.  We don't have the resources to bring in millions more people who all need food, shelter, health care, and have no way of getting it because they have no jobs and no real education.  So what happens?  The system is overrun.  Good, law-abiding citizens can't get any help because all the help is going towards illegal aliens.  This is the perfect example of Cloward-Piven.  And this is being done deliberately by the Democrats.

Oh, and there's the added bonus of all the money being made by the drug cartels, but the Democrat Party considers that a bonus.  I mean, they had no problem running guns to the cartels, so why should the DNC care about the cartels drug trafficking, human trafficking, sex slaves and various other crimes?

 I suppose that's more polite than anything I could say about them.  I don't think the FBI is incompetent.  I think they're wholly bought and paid for goons for the DNC.  Their jobs, so far as I can tell, is pushing the Democrat Party narrative, intimidating the Democrat Party's enemies, and flat out lying and making up bullshit to be used against anyone who interferes with the Democrat Party's attempts to destroy America.

There's so much I could say right now, but it's all sort of jumbled up in my head and I don't know what wants to jump out first.  Satan is ascendant in this world, but that doesn't mean we get to give up.  Christ said that gates of Hell shall not prevail in the end.

Training wheels

 I want to take a couple day trip on my bike this summer.  The Mrs. wants to come with me.  So we found ourselves a ride yesterday, and went on it.  The Polar Bear Ride.  160 miles, roughly, with multiple stops for gas.  Due to time constraints, on the ride I have planned out for this summer the first day is about 670 miles.  That's a long time to be in the saddle if you're not used to it, and the Mrs. just isn't used to it.  So yesterday was a good way to gauge whether or not she'd be up to a long first day.

Apparently she is.  Or that's what she's saying.  We'll find another good ride for April and see what's what.

And I need to change the oil in my bike again.  We're getting on to about 10,000 miles, and that's in less than a year.  The last oil change was about...  hmmmm....  four thousand miles ago.  If I didn't use AmsOil, I'd be hurting.  But AmsOil gives me about five thousand miles between changes, although I tend to change it between 3 and 4k.  Also have to change out the final drive oil, since it's a shaft drive.  Get everything all nice and ready for the summer, because I'm going to be riding that bike for all it's worth.  Take care of your bike, and it will take care of you

At one point, he just mumbled into silence before blurting out "We'll get things done."  For another question, he read off his cue card word for word, not even looking up while he read.  All this while the Democrat Media Complex did everything but get on their knees and give him a blow job.

We're so fucked with this brain-dead fucktard installed in the White House.  He's not the President, not really.  He doesn't even know what he's doing, and I doubt he knows where he is half the time.

 Part of the problem of dealing with units in all four time zones is that when it's 0830 in the east, it's 0630 here.  And when I have to start at 0630 that means getting out of the house at 0530, which means waking up at 0430, and well, you get the point.

So instead of giving you any kind of actual effort, I'll just let you read this, and weep for the country that no longer exists.

It's going to get worse

 The drooling halfwit doesn't even know what's going on at the border.  Hell, he doesn't know what he had for breakfast.  So he has no clue that "kids in cages" is a thing again.

The Democrats want to destroy this country.  What better way to do it than bringing in more people than this country can absorb, and turning us into Mexico?  The wealthy live just fine in Mexico, it's everyone else who's trying to escape that shithole.

There is absolutely no benefit to allowing mass immigration into this country.  There is no magic dirt that transforms people into Americans.  They have to be integrated, and that takes time, and it means we have to limit immigration so that the people who come here get integrated into our society.  But the Democrats don't want to do that.  They want to just open the borders and let everyone in.  It's called the Cloward-Piven strategy.  The Democrats have been working on enacting the Cloward-Piven strategy for decades, and the mass immigration from poor countries is their dream method of completing it.  What better way to overwhelm the USA than millions upon millions of people with little education and no jobs who are going to be given free health care, free housing, free everything on the taxpayer's dime?

The people pulling the strings of the drooling halfwit know that mass immigration will destroy the USA.  That's why they're opening the borders.  Because they hate America, they hate the constitution, and they hate you.

 Laundry.  Dishes.  Cleaning around the house, that sort of thing.  Once the rain stopped, the Mrs. and I went out to the Spiral Jetty and had a look around.  Very 70's "art" schtick.  Still kind of cool though, and the drive was beautiful.  Now enjoying a cigar and a drink under the awning in the back, and not much to post about other than that.

Four people on the terror watchlist captured at the border

 Gosh, I wonder what would have given them the idea that they could cross the border easily?

While Old Joe’s handlers continue to deny that there is a crisis at the border, and aren’t even close to admitting that border control is a national security issue, the Customs and Border Protection agency confirmed Tuesday that four people on the FBI’s terror watchlist have been apprehended at the Mexican border since October.

I can't wait for a dirty bomb to go off in San Fran or LA.  Actually, I can wait, but chances are I won't get the chance given that President Puppet is being used by his handlers to destroy what border security we do have in an attempt to obliterate this country.  And given that the Biden Junta has issued gag orders to the Border Patrol....

The Biden administration issued a gag-order on the southern border, blocking all press requests to visit detention centers to take pictures or to tour the facilities. Border Patrol agents have been told to deny all media requests for “ride-alongs” with agents, and all stationed on the southern border are being told to forward all press requests to Washington for approval, according to NBC News.

President Biden hasn’t visited the southern border and likely won’t — because he would need to bring a press pool and cameras for the trip, which would reveal a humanitarian crisis is occurring. The reality of the situation would conflict with the narrative the Biden administration is trying to paint — that this is merely a “challenge” — a situation they “certainly” have a handle on, according to Ms. Psaki. 

My fear isn't that San Fran will blow up.  Really, I could care less about the city and everyone in it.  If it blows up, they got what they voted for, nice and proper.  My fear is that Dallas or Nashville or Orlando would get hit, all thanks to Dopey Joe the Puppet's junta refusing to secure the border.  Which they're actually required to do, but laws don't matter to communists, do they?

 Going home last night after yet another long day, I hear a car behind me honking.  Not really rude or aggressive, more like the "honk honk honk" of someone trying to get your attention.  So I look in the rear view mirror, and the chick behind me starts pointing down and to my left.  So I look down at my left side, and see my saddlebag hanging by one bolt.

I wave at her, pull over, open the bag, and see that the rear bolt has just sheared right the hell off.  One half was sitting in the bag, the other half was still screwed into the fender.  Cheap-ass Chinesium bolt, I guess.

So I'm driving until I can get another bolt.  To say I was pissed off last night would be an understatement.  I gotta get to Fastenall, because none of the home depot stores have what I need.

So you can't say the "Our Father" in school because that's a violation of the something something something made up bullshit something, but forcing kids to chant a prayer to an Aztec god that they actually sacrificed human beings to is A-OK because something something bullshit made up something.

If you didn’t think the whole “controversy” surrounding Tucker Carlson’s commentary earlier this week on how the Department of Defense is busy politicizing and feminizing the U.S. military as China makes their military more masculine could get any more absurd, you were wrong.

When last we left you, the DOD was furiously issuing official statements on Carlson’s comments as well as having their spokespeople do interviews on cable news outlets to condemn Carlson and assure perpetually-outraged outraged leftists that they were 100% committed to “diversity”:

If this is how the military is spending their time and money, the entire top brass needs to be cleaned out.  The more of this bullshit I see, the more I can't wait until I retire.

I’ve never seen anything like this. It’s nuts. Can you imagine if somebody did this while Trump was president? Just picture a uniformed military officer calling out Anderson Cooper or Rachel Maddow. Every newspaper in the country would be $#!++ing bricks directly onto the front page. Brian Stelter’s head would explode like somebody forgot to poke holes in it before putting it in the microwave. Human sacrifice. Dogs and cats living together. Mass hysteria.

If Tucker wanted to prove that today’s armed forces need a priority check, he couldn’t have written a better script than this. The military isn’t supposed to be publicly haranguing American citizens for criticizing them.

Well, I think any worries people had about military control of this country can be laid to rest.  Just who the hell would do their fighting for them?  Pregnant trannies who identify as pan-gender unicorns who demand new fancier uniforms?  WHAT THE FUCK ARE THESE IDIOTS DOING?  Not preparing for wars with peer or near-peer adversaries, that's for sure.

Check out President Asterisk trying to figure out who the Secretary of Defense is. Not that SecDef is an important job anymore or anything. His gig now is mostly to rid the ranks of extremists who don’t think men can change into women through the power of activists demanding everyone else pretend they can. But still, the president ought to, you know, know who he is.

The Democratic Party stood virtually united “resisting” Trump for four years. Their stalwart opposition was ruthless and unwavering. It had been my hope that if there was any lasting legacy of Trump in the Republican Party it would be that he taught them not just to not walk away from a fight but to actually fight back.

Yet again, I find myself disappointed.

We've all known for years that the GOP establishment was a collection of spineless grifters, gutless cowards, back-stabbing traitors, pathetic wimps in gimp suits who give up any and all principles when told to do so by the DNC masters.

Now, we've gotten some good ones in office over the past few election cycles, but Mitch McConnell is still in control.  And that means that there are a majority of RINOs and traitors in the GOP to keep him in power.

Any spine McConnell showed over the last four years was loaned to him by Trump.  And when Trump left, so did that spine.

You get what you vote for,

America's Urban Poor, who haven't voted for a Republican in their lifetimes.  This is being called the "Minneapolis Effect".  Minneapolis had it's last Republican mayor in 1973.  And he was only mayor for ONE DAY (don't ask me why, I don't know).  Prior to that, the last full-time Republican mayor left office in 1961.

Democrats, voting for Democrats, enacting Democrat policies, created a situation in Democrat cities that effects mostly Democrats.  They got what they wanted.  They got what they voted for.  They got what they demanded.  I can no longer give a shit about someone who repeatedly shoots themselves in the foot, and the screams that I'm a racist.  They got what they wanted.  They got what they voted for.  And in all reality, there's not a single damn thing I could do about it were I so inclined.  All I can do is stand back and watch the dumpster fire.

Cuomo might be out, but not for the reason he should be out

 Andrew Cuomo is America's worst governor, a stupid, arrogant blowhard narcissist.  And he might finally get kicked out of his seat, but it's been amazing to watch the DNC Media protect him from the real reason he should be removed:  His orders which caused thousands upon thousands of deaths.  But if people held Cuomo responsible for what he did, they would have to do the same to other Democrat governors, and as we all know, the media's job is to protect them Democrat party.

Four other Democrat governors issued the same sociopathic nursing home order as Cuomo. Four other Democrats ordered infected coronavirus patients be admitted into nursing home facilities where 1) the most vulnerable live, and 2) they’re not set up to handle an infectious virus.

What this means is that if the corrupt media were to do the right thing (like that will ever happen) and go after Cuomo over his deadly nursing home policy, it would open a Pandora’s Box against these four Democrat governors and the Democrat party as a whole, which is something our fake media will never do.

Democrats must be protected at all costs, even if the cost is thousands and thousands of lives.

Now, if he gets kicked out because he can't keep his hands to himself, I won't shed a tear.  He's a mook.  He's a bully, and both he and his brother are where they are because their daddy was a mob boss, and they rode his coat-tails to money and prestige.  I won't shed a tear if he gets removed.  But him hugging women a little too long is nowhere near as horrible as him demanding that nursing homes accept infectious patients, thereby killing thousands of people.

"Pro-Life Evangelicals for Biden" feel betrayed

 You know who I feel betrayed by?  Idiots who call themselves Pro-Life but voted for a drooling halfwit who supports abortion without restrictions.

Yet they voted for Biden on the belief that he was a moderate, and that despite his explicitly radical pro-baby slaughter position, he would be the cordial grandpa who brought civility back to D.C.

He told us this was his goal! He made no bones about it.

I don't know how anyone who claims to be Pro-Life could listen to what Biden said, read his statements, and decide "Yeah, I'm gonna vote for this guy!  He seems like he'll protect the unborn children!"

Dude, Biden won't even protect the children who have been born - look at what he's doing on the border, where coyotes and the cartels are free to traffic in child sex slaves again.  

So congratulations, pRo-LiFe eVanGeLiCals for BiDeN, you just helped cement the very real potentiality that our taxdollars will be actively used to murder children by the millions in the womb. And that's just the beginning.

When you realize that Democrats hate America and want to destroy her

When Joe Biden signaled his open-borders plan, it triggered human traffickers south of the border to start teeing up swarms of people to storm the U.S. and flood the already COVID-pandemic-slammed U.S. labor market. But now we learn that the Biden administration has not been COVID testing the illegal immigrants swarming the border before they’re released into the interior of the U.S.

Joe Biden knew this before he opened the borders. He gobsmackingly asserted that the U.S. “didn’t have a COVID vaccine” and claimed the pandemic was so severe he had to spend nearly $2 trillion to fight it.

The Washington Examiner reports that the Border Patrol and the Department of Homeland Security are not COVID-testing the illegal aliens and their children. Why? Even if they did test positive, “they cannot return children and some families.” Adults can be deported, but not people with children.

This is all about attacking YOU, Mr. and Mrs. Joe America.  That's their only real goal.

Predictably, this was yet another hit piece designed to dent DeSantis’ political armor, not just in an attempt to once again paint him as the coronavirus villain over governors who actually have done a bad job, like Cuomo, but also because of 2024 considerations. DeSantis has been touted as a possible top presidential contender, and as a result, the media and the left are responding accordingly.

It’s especially remarkable when you think about how they routinely accused Trump and DeSantis last year of being willing to sacrifice seniors in order to reopen the economy. Now, they’ve almost quite literally done a full reversal from their previous “we must protect seniors!” stance. Sadly, for them, it all boils down to politics.

I've been disgusted by the DNC Media for years, but I think over the past five years it morphed from disgust to outright hatred.  These jackals and dimwits who do nothing but work for the DNC could all disappear tonight, and I wouldn't shed a single tear for them.

After Border Patrol release, asylum-seekers test positive for Covid in Brownsville, Texas

Miriam Izaguirre, a 35-year-old asylum-seeker from Honduras, crossed the Rio Grande at dawn Monday with her young son and turned herself in to the authorities.

A few hours later she was released, and the first thing she did was take a rapid test for Covid-19 at the Brownsville bus station. They told her her test came out positive.

“Right now we were tested for Covid and they separated about eight of us because we were positive,” she told Noticias Telemundo Investiga. “We are waiting right now.” She was waiting to catch a bus to Houston.

Other migrant families who also said they had tested positive were waiting to go to other destinations: North Carolina, Maryland and New Jersey.

Why didn't Congress fund Operation Warp Speed?

 Because the Democrats would rather you die, than Donald Trump get any credit at all.

The real scandal is why Congress never put big funding behind Operation Warp Speed–thus requiring the administration to fund OWS by surreptitiously cutting elsewhere. The Trump administration gets blamed for its inept handling of the pandemic but Congress is supposed to be in charge of the laws and the purse strings and Congress was an abysmal failure. Who in Congress lauded let alone funded Operation Warp Speed, the only big success of the pandemic response?

It's not like the Democrats value your life at all, or your freedoms, rights, liberties, personal property, or any other thing that allows you to survive outside of the government.  Youi are nothing to them.  The Democrats hate you, and they want you to die.  Why should they fund an initiative that would let you live, and open the country up sooner than they want?  Opening up the country removes some of their power, and they can't have that.

Funding Operation Warp Speed would have been antithetical to everything they want.

 Although what they hate isn't really Dr. Seuss.  It's you, and everything you stand for.  It's the middle-class American family who goes to church on Sunday and cheers at Friday night football games.  It's the two-parent nuclear family that they want to cancel, and they're attacking anything and everything associated with it by calling it "racist" or "problematic".

Dr. Seuss isn't racist.  He was, in fact, and anti-racist, and his books reflect that.  But like Mark Twain's "Huckleberry Finn", which was one of the greatest anti-racist books ever written when it was published, it can't be allowed to exist because it conflicts with the narrative being pushed by anti-family, anti-American groups.  Like Black Lives Matter, who used to have the balls to admit that they wanted to destroy the two-parent nuclear family.  But they took that part down from their mission statement a while ago, when it became problematic for them to admit their goals.  Of course, they didn't renounce their goals, they just hid them from the public.

You know, no matter how much I hate and loath Marxists, I never called for the banning of Das Kapitol, or Mein Kampf, because I wanted them out there for people to see.   I wanted people to see and hear exactly what the Marxists believed.  Marxists don't want anyone to see or hear you or what you believe, because they're afraid of it.

The Establishment can go fuck themselves

 I don't have an argument with the author of this piece, but it's what his friend said close to the end that gave me a red curtain of blood over my eyes.

Not long after I got to CPAC this year, I tweeted that GOP voters will no longer accept candidates who do not support their interests. A good friend who hews closer to the old establishment than I do responded, asking what if the voters don’t know what is in their own interests.

They honestly think they're smarter than you.  They honestly think they have the right to tell you what to do, and what's in your own "best interests".

They have fucked this country beyond all belief.  They have surrendered every last principle they claimed to have, they've given away your freedoms hand over fist.  They've turned a free and prosperous nation into a marxist police state, and they think they can tell you what your own best interest is.

Fuck the GOP establishment.  They are nothing but arrogant, clueless, isolated, insulated from reality, big-state, nanny-government shitstains, and they can all go to hell.  

Do read the whole thing, because despite what the establishment GOP thinks, we're not going back to allowing them to stab us in the back and sell us to the National Socialist Democrat Workers Party.  This is Trump's GOP, and we're far better for it.

The Way Forward

 Or, as I like to say, Embrace the Suck.

So, what does all this mean? Many traditional Americans are sleepwalking into a conflict they are not mentally prepared to handle. The ideals of blind justice and due process are now, for all intents and purposes, quaint relics, and relying on constitutional rights for protection is dangerously naïve. 

Like it or not, we live in a police state, controlled by an increasingly authoritarian regime with near-total electronic surveillance. The national security apparatus views conservatives and free-thinkers as domestic terrorists, and there are now more military deployed in our nation’s capital than in war zones overseas. If America were any other country, it would be considered a non-permissive environment—not a free country.

The future is going to suck.  There's no getting around it.  There's no voting our way out of it.  It will suck, and if you want to survive, you must Embrace the Suck.  Know that it's going to suck, and move forward with your eyes open.  Not doing anything will suck even worse.  There are no good options, every option sucks.  So pick the least sucky option, and Embrace the Suck.
