More Bluegrass/Celtic

Jerry Douglass is one of the best dobro players in bluegrass history, btw.  Just so you know.

We know this, they know this. That's what makes them evil.

Life begins at conception

As discussed in more detail below, I reported that both a majority of pro-choice Americans (53%) and a majority of pro-life Americans (54%) would support a comprehensive policy compromise that provides entitlements to pregnant women, improves the adoption process for parents, permits abortion in extreme circumstances, and restricts elective abortion after the first trimester. However, members of the media were mostly interested in my finding that 96% of the 5,577 biologists who responded to me affirmed the view that a human life begins at fertilization.
It was the reporting of this view—that human zygotes, embryos, and fetuses are biological humans—that created such a strong backlash.
As long as people can convince themselves that babies aren't really babies, and we can just get rid of them, then those same people can go about using women as living cum dumpsters without any guilt.  Let that sink in for a moment.

Elijah Cummings is dead

I know you're not supposed to speak ill of the dead.  But what else is there to do when faced with the death of a man who was a corrupt, racist, lying, poverty pimp?

Elijah Cummings, who got rich from government "service" while the district he represented, the city of Baltimore, descended into case and poverty.

Elijah Cummings, who used every tool at his disposal to protect the corrupt politicians around him.

I could go on.  The list of crimes against this country would be pages long.  But instead, I'll just keep it simple:

Elijah Cummings is dead.  And other than a few people around him who profited off of his wrongdoings, he won't be missed.

America first means America FIRST

Can't say I disagree with it.

Personal note:  I thought we were right to go into Afghanistan in 2001.  I thought we were right to take out Saddam Hussein afterwards.  But that should have been it.  The fact that we're still in Afghanistan in 2019 and still dealing with the same people trying to kill us is an embarrassment.  And a big part of that embarrassment was Barack Hussein Obama's policy of sucking up to terrorists at every opportunity for eight fucking years.  Just think of what we could have done if we had a president who wanted to actually win a war?

But right now?  Fuck it.

Obama surrendered and ran away from Iraq like the scared little pathetic bitch that he was, and so now Iraq is pretty much a lost cause.  No need to go back, there's nothing that could be accomplished.

Afghanistan is a festering shithole of stupidity and evil.  The Taliban was beaten back.  We should have left while the leaving was good, but we didn't, and quite frankly after two decades I don't know if Afghanistan is ever going to rise above the level of being a festering shithole.  I wouldn't mind if we carpetbombed every Taliban location and left right afterwards.  Trump might just do that, as he's of a mind to pull our boys back home.  But the usual suspects in D.C. are getting upset about that.

It’s particularly galling to see people you know would screech if Trump used force (like against NATO ally Turkey) screeching because he won’t. President Trump ought to throw this back in their pouty faces and tell them that if the members of the House and Senate are so eager for war, they should avail themselves of the Constitution’s War Powers Clause at Article I, Section 8, Clause 11, and declare one. Let them sign on the line that is dotted if they’re so psyched to rumble in Whocaresistan.

And that right there is probably the best suggestion I've heard on the subject.  Hey, Congress!  You want our troops put somewhere to fight someone?  Then you fucking put that shit on paper, and you sign it.  Otherwise, fuck off, you pathetic sacks of dick drippings.

Bah.  I'm in week #1 of four weeks straight, so forgive me if I'm a little aggravated.  Just wait until week #4!

Cokehead Biden's interview

I got to listen to a little bit of it yesterday as I was driving home from work.  Look folks, if there is ANYONE out there who thinks that Cokehead Biden just happened to give an interview just to clear up the mess, they're smoking crack.  This was planned and coordinated between the DNC and their media puppets, and Cokehead Biden still couldn't pull it off all the way.  Oh, he gave a good interview for some of it.  But I don't think he managed to change anyone's mind.  This was just another coordinated job that the media did for their DNC masters.

And CNN is the result of sadness copulating with leeches.  I just wanted to throw that out there.

Also - as Cokehead Biden was listing off all his "accomplishments", there wasn't a single thing on that list that wasn't a direct result of being Creepy Joe Biden's son.  Oh, you were on the board of Amtrak?  Gosh, I wonder how you managed to get on the board of a government-ran transportation system?  Wow, it's a mystery!

Oh, you were a lawyer?  WERE a lawyer Navy, until your positive drug test got you kicked out.

Donald Trump Jr. runs multiple successful businesses, Cokehead Biden ran Amtrak and got kicked out of the Navy.  Compare and contrast.

I might be able to afford this...

I love sailing.  Dad caught the sailing bug when he was stationed in Hawaii, and he passed it on to me on Lake Coeur d'Alene years ago.  But sailing is expensive, my friends.  One of Dad's favorite quotes is "A boat is a hole in the water, surrounded by wood and fiberglass, into which you pour all of your money."  And that's no joke.  As expensive as it is to keep working on my motorcycle, a boat would be exponentially more expensive.  And so I've not done much sailing, because I didn't have the money.

But this, now....  Put a sail on a canoe?  I can see myself tacking around whatever body of water happens to be nearby, and I can pull everything on my trailer which I already own.....

There might be a new hobby in my future.  We'll see.  I still have to spend money on other things first, but damn, to be able to go sailing again...

Screw the NBA, not that I ever watched it to begin with

I don't want to hear one damn word out of any NBA player about "rights" or their problems with the USA.

The NBA has chosen to suck China's dick over standing up for freedom in Hong Kong.  They'e chosen their side.  They'll burn in hell for it.

Crap like this is why I bailed on Twitter

When you get rid of the interesting people because Orange Man Bad, you end up with bitter screeching Leftist scolds all yelling at each other.

So fuck Twitter, get on Gab, and may Silicon Valley enjoy the desert they created.

It's not education, it's indoctrination

College graduates simply don't know very much.

College graduates are responsible, in part, for a “knowledge crisis” regarding basic civic literacy in the United States, according to a recent survey that revealed “alarming results.” For example, less than half of college graduates surveys knew the term lengths of U.S. Senators and Representatives.

So, they go through sixteen years of "education" and come out without a basic grasp of how our government works?  Yep.  Sounds perfect.

Higher "education" is one of the biggest rip-offs inflicted on my generation, and the subsequent generations after mine.

Happy Columbus Day!

Yep.  Screw this Indigenous People's Day.  As far as I'm concerned, that's not a thing.  Yeah, let's roll the Apache and the Navaho into one group.  I'm sure they won't mind that at all.

Happy Columbus Day, people!

Leftists gonna do what Leftists always do

Including spitting on people.

We all remember what happened when Trump tried to hold a rally in Chicago. We should expect more unhinged liberals assaulting and attacking those with whom they disagree because that’s the Left in 2020. You will fall in line. And people look at me sideways when I tell them I’m a Republican. This right here is why. We don’t spit on people. We win elections. And I have a feeling 2020 is going to usher in another four years of Trump. And yes, spitting on someone's face is a crime for all you triggered losers who are just horrified that everyone is not a total communist.

These are the same type of people who spit on our troops as they came home from Viet Nam.  These are the same people who call cops "pigs" or racist mass murderers.  These are the same people who simply make shit up in an attempt to impeach a president.

These are the childish temper-tantrum throwing pieces of shit that would destroy this country in their attempt to turn this country into Venezuela.

I hope their heads explode when Trump is re-elected.
