Processed carbohydrates are the devil!

 Well...  maybe not that bad, but still....

Eating lots of refined grains, such as white bread and white rice, is similar to consuming a diet full of sugars and oils, and linked to a higher risk of premature coronary artery disease, a new study says.

By contrast, eating whole grains, such as whole-grain bread, whole oats or quinoa, was associated with a reduced risk of premature coronary artery disease, according to the study.

Plenty of people have been making that point for quite some time now.  Processed carbs are broken down by your body into sugar within 15 minutes.  If you don't use that sugar as energy?  It turns into fat.  You're far better off eating a burger than the fries that come with it.  You're better off eating steak and a salad than you are eating tons of carbs.  

On top of that, expeller-pressed seed oils?  Pretty much toxic.  Use oils like olive, avocado, butter, and sesame.

And you can pretty much ignore anything the FDA puts out.  They're worthless to the point that finding the nuggets of actual truth in their bullshit isn't worth the effort.

Is there any government agency that actually does what it's supposed to do?

 Well, we all knew the CDC was fucking garbage anyways.

Now the CDC is playing statistical tricks to hide how many people have caught COVID in hospitals and to block the public from seeing which hospitals have had the biggest problems — “partly on fears of embarrassing hospitals,” Politico reports.

They're not exactly covering themselves in glory these days, not that they managed to do that in previous days either.  We're dealing with the end result of decades of government bureaucracy that was never checked, until the entire agency is staffed with corrupt rent-seekers and government cronies.  If you were to peer into any of the three letter agencies they would all look the same.  Big-government Marxists running an agency that supposedly serves the people but is now perverted and corrupted into an attack mechanism against the people.

It's what Marxists do.  They're parasites.  All they can do is attack the host which they draw their sustenance from.

 Because the "experts" haven't been experts in much except for getting things wrong and lying to the American people.

The facts are that Covid-19 basically burned itself out before the first shot went in the first arm and that none of the mitigating factors prevented net deaths from occurring; in fact all these mitigations, from mask orders to lockdowns to closing businesses and others caused more deaths due to ODs, suicides, avoidable heart attacks and strokes not screened for and other maladies by a wide factor than the mitigations, even using fatally flawed claims taken on faith by these very same agencies, could have possibly saved.  The actions we could have taken to actually reduce death, specifically as regards care home and other medical facilities we deliberately refused to do and we knew those actions would save lives.  Instead of protecting the most-vulnerable while those least-likely to be seriously harmed were naturally infected and built a wall of population immunity we deliberately refused to protect those older and sicker people from infection via the health care system and they died.

Given this record of falsehoods, actions and intentional refusals to act you're willing to bet your life they're telling the truth this time?

I had little faith in a lot of institutions prior to the Kung Flu.  That faith has essentially been burned to the ground and blown away during the past year.

Well, given that the DNC morphed into the National Socialist Democrat Worker's Party, it should be no surprise that they're all about demanding your papers before they let you travel.   Of course, New York's own Governor Granny Killer is all about the papers.  Hey, he can track whoever he wants now, right?  That sexy girl he groped in a bar who turned him down?  He knows where she's going, right?

Too add even more shit on top of that sundae, even MIT is being to admit that the anti-maskers are using that pesky "evidence" to prove their points that the pandemic is coming to a close.

We are making headway though, albeit frustratingly slower than we would like. And while our gains may be snail-like for us, the other side has been paying attention, and they are NOT happy about it. So, how SHOULD the powers-that-be deal with us rebellious, meddling upstarts who refuse to know our place, especially when we happen to have the data on our side and are using it effectively? One team at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) did a whole lot of research to find out.

The Kung Flu was never as deadly as they told us, it came from a lab in Wuhan, China and not from some bat in a wet market, and the main damage it caused was the loss of freedom and prosperity because politicians loved them some lockdowns and tyrannical power grabs.  And don't think that's just a hit against the Dems.  Most of the states instituted some kind of lock-down for a period of time, and it was all for bullshit reasons.  Although, thank goodness, local officials did their best to ignore the mandates when they could do so.  But the politicization of "SCIENCE" has leveled any kind of trust that public officials ever had.

Read that again.  And then understand that the douchetools wrote that paragraph to be a negative reflection on the anti-mask groups.

Every day is another reason to not trust the government.

Forget jail.  People need to be tarred and feathered, instead of still working for the FBI after they willfully forged a document in an attempt to send an innocent man to jail.

So that's a big problem. If Carter Page is a CIA/NIS asset, then they can't use his contact with Russians as evidence for a FISA warrant against him. 

So what's the DOJ/FBI response? 

Well, a lawyer there -- Kevin Clinesmith -- deliberately changes the response of the organization from "Carter Page is a source" to "Carter Page is not a source," and sends this forged, fraudulent evidence along to the court as part of the FISA application. 

This is CRIMINAL. They were specifically told by the agency involved that Page was a source and therefore had a very good and legal reason to have contact with Russians, but this guy forged the email, altering it to say he was not a source and so reported to the court that Page had no good reason to talk to Russians. 

And here's the kicker: 

He still works for the FBI! 

Because of course he does. 

Because Christopher "Straight-Shooter" Wray.

So a guy who broke the law in an attempt to block the election of someone he didn't like is still working for the Federal Government.

You want to know how a whole lot of middle-class folks fighting to keep their jobs in this country feel about that?  Well, how's about the phrase "President Donald Trump"?  Trump got elected precisely because there are too many corrupt, anti-American assholes like this Kevin Clinesmith who shit all over this country and still get a paycheck from tax dollars.  We elected Trump to kick shitstains like Kevin Clinesmith out the door.  And that's why he'll get re-elected in 2020.  Because the anti-American shitstains are still there, still destroying this country, and being protected by Deep State Swamp Dwellers like IG Horowitz.  The fact that Horowitz can sit there and make the claim that only errors and mis-statements were made is a pathetic joke in and of itself, when every single one of us with a real job knows that if we had made those errors and mis-statements we'd be in jail.  Not maybe in jail  Jail-jail.  Breaking big rocks into little rocks for the rest of our lives, while shitty little ass-nuggets like Kevin Clinesmith sip wine in Washington D.C. and laugh about how they blatantly lied to a FISA court and are still enjoying the good life.

Only someone completely ignorant of life would call those errors or mis-statements instead of the blatant violations of the law that anyone with half a brain can see.  Since IG Horowitz is presumably not ignorant about life, I have to presume that he's just as corrupt as that shitty little fuckstain Kevin Clinesmith, who needs to spend the rest of his life getting ass-raped in a jail cell by Bubba until he can shit a bowling ball without even grunting.

The Left, who for three years has told us there is no Deep State, is now saying there IS a Deep State but it's for our own good.

In short, it's a load of bullshit, as usual, from the usual suspects.

You could believe the whole “protect[ing] the interests… of the American people” shtick if after all this time and the incalculable amount of energy and effort expended on bringing down the President, all those patriotic public servants have been able to show something – anything – for it. So instead of disinterested paragons of civic virtue, it increasingly looks like the federal bureaucracy is full of hard core progressives and liberals who can’t stomach a non-Democrat usurper who doesn’t share their values, ideas and objectives.

It doesn't take much to see that there IS a Deep State, and that it's hostile to Normal Americans.  All you have to do is keep your eyes open and not delude yourself.  In short, you have to be honest and face the facts.  These are two qualities that the Left couldn't do in their wildest dreams, because it would destroy their imaginary world that they've built up, and it would force them to face the fact that the ideology they follow is responsible for the murder of over 100,000,000 people in the last century, the destruction of multiple countries, and untold suffering world wide.

The Leftist Deep State tyrants-in-waiting think they're more intelligent than you, more educated than you, more deserving than you, and they want to make sure they rule you just as tyrants have ruled over subjects for centuries in the past because you just don't get it, you see?  Time and time again they've proven through their actions that they're nothing but a bunch of narcissistic, ignorant, grabasstic idiots who couldn't tell their ass from their elbow, and their vaunted evaluation of their performance and capabilities is nothing but a pipe dream reinforced through mass group-think.

I have a hard time trying to come up with one single thing, one single action, that was made better through government interference.  I guess the military, as most municipalities couldn't afford an Abrahams tank on their own.  But even in things like space travel, civilian companies are doing what the government has tried, and failed to do.  Under the government's "leadership", NASA went from putting a man on the moon, to sending men into space, to scrapping the Space Shuttle without any viable replacement, to doing weather reports and propagating the Climate Change hoax.

That right there is pretty much a good summation of the Government in action, isn't it?

There's no reason what so ever to allow those people to be in charge of anything, much less your life or your country.

Richard Fernandez writes about the massacre in Christchurch, and attempts to warn foolish people who won't listen:

The FBI was aware of Steele's "sources" but still used the dossier to convince a FISA judge to issue a warrant against Trump campaign aide Carter Page.  That the FBI has, to this day, refused to verify the authenticity of the information in the dossier is not surprising.  A document as flawed as this should never have been presented to a FISA court as justification for granting a warrant to spy on Carter Page.  It makes the FBI look ridiculous. 

Many on the left still take the dossier as gospel and refer to it as if it were relevant.  It isn't.  It was a political smear job, paid for by Democrats, that Steele passed on to a former aide to GOP presidential candidate John McCain, who gave it to BuzzFeed, who then posted it. 

The one and only thing the government seems to be good at is screwing over the average American for someone else's benefit.  I don't have any belief that the US Government won't sell me out.  Based on past actions, I have every faith in the world that the US Government will sell us out in a red hot minute the moment it has the opportunity, and it is only the threat of armed resistance that prevents them from doing so immediately. 

Does that seem pessimistic?  Then ask yourself why the US government refuses to stop the flood of illegal immigrants into this country despite there being an overwhelming percentage of the population that wants our immigration laws enforced.

Because the US Government doesn't give a shit about you, you're nothing but an inconvenience.  They won't have to deal with the end results of illegal criminals flooding THEIR communities.  They won't have to deal with the crime and the drugs and the deaths and the kidnappings and the sex trafficking.

Wait - they probably WANT the sex trafficking, because too many of them are degenerate perverts.  If they allow the illegal aliens to bring their child sex slaves into America then they can satisfy their lusts here at home instead of having to fly to the Dominican Republic.  Right, Senator Menendez from New Jersey?

The people currently infesting Washington D.C. don't want to live with you, they want to rule over you.  And with that as their goal, they will abandon you to the wolves at the first opportunity.  They'll screw you over in a heartbeat and walk away smiling.  And as has been proven by the 2016 election, the government is not above the fray, they are not looking out for the country's best interests, and they are not above abusing their power in pursuit of a political goal.  In fact, they absolutely DO abuse their power for political goals, and will do so again.
