Feels more like Seattle than Salt Lake City.
Aren't you suppose to be in a serve drought?https://droughtmonitor.unl.edu/
Yep. Funny thing - almost everywhere I've lived, we've been in a "severe drought" at some time or another. What got to me was all the people in Lost Angeles. "ERMAHGERD, WE IS IN A SEVERE DROUGHT!" No, you silly people, you LIVE IN A FUCKING DESERT.I think the only places I've lived that haven't had droughts are Virginia and Mississippi.
I live in South East Virginia in Hampton Roads, we have had a drought or two over the decades. Not common but they still happen.
We never worried about water when we lived in Powhatan. Never watered the lawn, barely watered the garden. Never needed to do so. Honestly, if it weren't for living next to Richmond, that place was damn near perfect.
