When the law givers ignore the law, is there any obligation to obey the law-givers?

This question arises in the wake of the Biden regime – the right word, as it conveys the fundamental essence of the thing, as in capo regime . . . as in gang of thugs – announcing it doesn’t give a tinker’s damn for the recent  federal court stay of its order to private employers of 100 or more to require all employees submit to the Jab – else be Jabbed, themselves, with extortionate fines applied by OSHA.

Which lacks lawful jurisdiction to decree such a thing.

Never mind, moreover, that the capo regime hasn’t bothered to shepherd legislation through the “democratic process” – leg-humped when convenient – but rather simply ordered the mass Jabbing.

And the mass fining.

When the law givers ignore the law, is there any obligation to obey the law givers?  Fucking NONE.  Period fucking dot THE END.  The only question is how far you're willing to go to avoid the consequences of not obeying the law givers, and right about now as shelves are missing items and people are paying twice the amount for a turkey that they paid last year and the Fucking-B-I is targeting parents instead of actual criminals?  I don't even want to think about how close we are to having some glow-worm shot in the face by a patriot who has refused to obey this regimes fascist orders.

What is actually “necessary” – from the standpoint of the regime – is that people accept its lawless orders. That we obey – whatever they say. That’s it. That is what was said by the regime’s halting announcement that it would not respect the stay ordered by a court with lawful jurisdiction over what it can lawfully order.

I saw that the governor of Oklahoma has already ordered his TAG to not enforce the jab mandate on the Oklahoma National Guard troops.  I have a feeling that he saw the numbers of troops that were about to walk, and said "Nope the fuck off, Drooling Joe.  Fuck you, Lloyd Austin.  Fuck you Milley, you fucking bitch.  I'm keeping my Soldiers."  We'll see what happens with that.  There's a lot of legalities that are involved with that order, but unless the FedGov calls up the National Guard, the person in charge of those troops is the governor of that state.  And the Oklahoma Governor just told the illegitimate Biden regime to piss up a rope. 

Drooling Joe is a demented senile puppet, and everybody knows it.  Let's stop pretending.

 Durham University finally offers a course that will allow their graduates to earn money.

Durham University in Durham, England, is reportedly offering its students online lessons on how to stay safe while working as a prostitute. The university also noted that there has been an “emerging trend” of its graduates going on to join the sex industry.

The course is being created by the Durham Students’ Union amid rising rates of Durham graduates taking up work as prostitutes or producing explicit content online, according to a report by GB News.

Might I suggest that if your graduates are joining sex work in order to make money, you should drag every person in charge of the university to some large open area and shoot them in the back of the head.  Because they haven't just failed to teach their students things of worth and importance, they've failed to teach their students anything that could help them survive in this life that doesn't include being a whore.

If I had a daughter and she came home with coursework to teach her how to be a whore, she'd never set foot on that campus again.  Mainly because I would burn that campus to the ground and sow the ashes with salt.

And to my veteran friends - If life is just kicking you in the dick and you need some help, GET SOME HELP.  You'd get help for a broken arm, wouldn't you?  Why is a mental or emotional injury any different?  And yes, it's an injury.  You didn't just wake up one day and suddenly you're feeling a certain way for no good reason.  Injuries need time and they need care in order to heal.  Get the help you need, and don't let it fester and overwhelm you.

I've spent a lot of time working with troops who have PTSD.  Do NOT let it control you.  It's an injury, and it can be healed but you have to take the first steps.

Writing update

 I'm at 27,500 words.  22,500 to go to meet my mark.  I don't know if it's any good, and I'm going to have to go through it and make sure the grammar is right.  Maybe do a little re-writing once I hit the 50,000.  There's a lot that I look at and think I can probably make it better, the the goal is to write 50,000 words in November.  I can mess with it once I hit that goal.

It's a vanity project, nothing more.  But at least I can say I did it once it's all over.

Well, at this point I don't think the patriots in the FBI are the majority.  They're the minority, which makes them even more irrelevant.

Did the FBI raid O’Keefe to teach him a lesson? They asked him not to publicly discuss the diary raids. He decided to go public after a New York Times reporter called one of his employees an hour into one of the Project Veritas raids, which the FBI asked O’Keefe to keep quiet about. The FBI must have told the reporter about the raid, so O’Keefe went public too. The next thing he knows, he is slammed against a wall in his underwear as his neighbors watched.

The FBI is nothing more than the DNC's good squad.  I don't know how long it's been that way.  It was certainly that way over Obama's tenure, but it could have started with the Clintons.  All I know is that the FBI has done less to stop terrorism, and more to terrorize honest, good American citizens.  Every splody-dope shooter in the past few years?  The FBI has known about them and done nothing.  The kid in Parkland?  The FBI was called several times about people worried that the kid was going to do just whatt he did, and they did nothing.  

But they'll raid James O'Keefe's apartment over a book that O'Keefe had already given to law enforcement.  Because that book might make Drooling Joe and his puppet masters look bad.

Again, the FBI is just the DNC's goo squad.  And any patriots out there who are in the FBI are irrelevant, because they're not going to be able to stop the corruption.  They'd be better off leaving the FBI and finding a local Sherriff's office if they actually want to be able to help the average American.

Well, this weekend was informative

Had to sit in on the Commander's Update Brief, as my boss was far away doing an inspection.  The resistance to the jab at the senior levels of the Army is pretty much non-existent.  There is absolutely no push-back what so ever.  I didn't know what I was expecting, and honestly given what I've seen over the past two years I shouldn't have been surprised.  But it was still a little heart breaking to see all these senior officers talking about "reeducating Soldiers" and discussing ways to enforce compliance.

As for the numbers, between requests for religious accommodation, administrative exceptions, medical exemptions and flat out refusals, those troops make up about 10-15%.    By the time things filter out, it'll be about 5-8% of the force that will be told to either get the jab or face the consequences.  The administrative exemptions are people are are getting out, or going into the IRR, or some other administrative reason why the Army can't force them to get the jab, but they were getting out in any case.

How many people in America are willing to tell the government to fuck off?  I don't know, but it's far less than 50% right now.  This country is not going to survive when so many people are brainless sheep.

The House passed the $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill, which will now go to President Biden for a signature.

The votes were 228 in favor of the bill, and 206 against passing it.

Six Democrats voted against the legislation, while 13 Republicans voted in favor of it.

The House has just handed Biden a major legislative victory.

There needs to be thirteen pikes set up in front of the legislative building, and thirteen fucking GOP heads on them.  Once again the stupid fucking worthless piece of shit GOP has snatched victory from the jaws of defeat.  Kevin McCarthy can go fucking suck-start a shotgun, since he's apparently worthless as a Minority Leader.  

And the Second Civil War gets even closer, thanks to those fucking puddles of diseased dick drippings.  What a pathetic shit show.  What a horrible display of two-faced quisling surrender.

Folks, the chance of an 11 year old dying from the Kung Flu is so low as to be essentially zero.  Kids aren't at risk from this.  They don't transmit it like adults do, either.  They normally don't suffer any bad symptoms.  One of my co-workers found out every single one of his kids had the Lung Pow Sicken, and they didn't even know it because the symptoms were so light.  And he never told them, because he didn't want them to get all worried about it.  The news was freaking them out.  So he told them much later, months after they tested, and said "Yeah.  You had it.  You're immune now.  So go out and continue doing what you've been doing."  It was also a lesson on how the media is a lying sack of shit full of garbage people.  The younger ones didn't quite understand that part, but the older kids who had been told by the media that anyone with the Peking Pox was going to die horribly and then kill everyone else around them had their eyes opened a little bit.

Jabbing your kids with the clot-shot is child abuse.  It should shock nobody that the denizens of Scat Fransicko have no problem with being ruled by a fascist government who controls their every move and their every bodily decision.  After all, that's who they voted for.  And they're training their kids to be good little drones.  Just remember this when someone says "Oh it can't happen here!"  The Left has entire cities of mindless automatons to do their bidding.  It CAN happen here.

 The FBI had footage of the bullshit in Kenosha, including the incident where Kyle Rittenhouse was forced to defend himself from three people trying to murder him.  It didn't turn the footage over.  Said it had been "lost".  

The FBI footage was shown to the jury during the testimony of one of the agents who captured the footage with the drone, FBI agent Brandon Craimin. However, the FBI allegedly testified, in private, that they were in possession of another version of the video in HD that they did not supply the members of the defense, according to Human Events. When asked for a copy of the tape, the FBI allegedly denied the defense’s request, saying that the video no longer existed, according to the report.

Ladies and gents, I know I keep harping on stuff like this till people are probably sick of it.  But it has to be pounded into people's heads that the FBI is not a law-enforcement organization.  They are the armed and badged goons of the Democrat Party.  They exist wholly to protect the Democrats and the Democrat narrative from being caught in their crimes and corruption.  They will abuse you, incarcerate you, shoot you and destroy you in order to protect their Democrat Party masters.  They have no shame.  They have no moral compass.  They have no compassion for law-abiding Americans, only for the lawless anti-American Democrats whom they serve.

The demonic agenda explicitly includes the ideal aim for billions of Men to die - what they don't say is that they intend that these billions should die in a condition of resentment, fear and despair - die denying the spiritual realm including the reality of their souls, cursing God, and rejecting the eternal life offered by Jesus Christ.

(It is because the billions 'need' to die in a state of spiritual sin that the agenda for evil proceeds incrementally, along with massive and sustained attempts to manipulate and invert public values via the mass media and all other communications systems such as education, Human Resources, and the arts.)  

Kids getting heart attacks.  Kids getting strokes.  Young people developing myocarditis and pericarditis.  All the medical issues that have affected thousands of young people already, and yet the government is pushing the jab even harder.  Get your five year old vaxxed!  It's perfectly normal for a twelve-year-old to have a stroke, even though that has almost never happened in all of recorded history!  Ignore your lying eyes!  Get the vax!

Back to reality

 Headed back to the salt mines today.  It's been nice not having to shave, or not even wear proper pants for a month.  I can walk again, and the doc said I can wear whatever shoes don't hurt, and he even blessed me for travel.

I was hoping to get out of that.

So I get to shave off the goatee this morning.  I've been holding on to it for as long as I could.  Even the Mrs. likes the way it looks.  Uniforms have been washed and dried and hung, ready to wear.

 Yep, beat the Clinton's bagman in damn near every voting district.  As of now McAweful hasn't conceded because he's hoping that the same voter fraud the Dems pulled in 2020 will work for him in 2021.  Fairfax county.  However, this time the GOP looked to be ready, and the Dems are in a spotlight.  Especially in Virginia.  That's why they played their games in Georgia and Wisconsin and Arizona and Philadelphia.  

But like I said, the spotlights are on.  Let's hope that keeps things as above board as Younkin needs.

In any case, this was a state that Drooling Joe "won" by 10 points in 2020.  I'm willing to bet that there was vote fraud already in place in the bigger cities and Democrat counties.  And Youngkin still pulled out a win.  That should say something.

Of course, it could also be too little too late, like a suicide patient calling 9-1-1 as the poison kicks in.  Because Drooling Joe and his anti-American puppet masters are still in charge of the FedGov, and they're doing their level best to blow everything up.

Trying something new

 So, I've been blogging here at ye ollde bloggage for um...  let me check, carry the one, ohholyshiteighteenyears.

That's a lot of mental stew tossed into the intertubes.  Some of it was good, most of it was dreck.  But it got me thinking.  I obviously love to write.  Why not actually try my hand at writing?  I don't know if my writing style here would actually translate to a novel, but what the hell.  With an added bonus that I can go back and spell-check what I write after I've actually had some coffee BEFORE IT'S PUBLISHED rather than going back into a post and correcting my spelling and grammar with a sheepish look on my face.

"Reimagine Policing"?  Yeah, you're going to need to do that since the cops are leaving in droves, and yet the people of Portland keep voting for Marxist idiots who continue to plow the city into the ground.

The fact of the matter is, the mortality rate for children from COVID-19 is 0.025, which is very similar to the rate for seasonal flu. And we haven't been for years and years going through all these things for seasonal flu.

Plus, we don't know what the long-term impact of these vaccines is. So this is really sort of a giant experiment. Do we want to put our children at risk, when we know that the risk of the disease to them is relatively small, but we don't know what the future risks are? Why would we do a thing like that? It makes no sense whatsoever.

If you stick your kids with this vaccine, you deserve to be beaten about the head and shoulders with a clue-by-four.  There is absolutely no reason to jab your kids.  They're not at risk.  They have a higher chance of dying by falling off a ladder than they do from the Rona.  STOP FUCKING UP YOUR KIDS WITH AN EXPERIMENTAL COCKTAIL!

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki revealed on Sunday that despite being a fully vaccinated Democrat, she has tested positive for COVID.

The vaccine does not prevent infection, and it does not prevent transmission.  It doesn't do much of anything after six months, and it attacks your immune system so that you're more susceptible to the virus later on down the road.

Gotta get those boosters, people!  Jab, jab, jab away!  Got a little cough, do ya?  Don't blame the government or the vaccine makers!  Get another jab!

Dosing the kids into an early grave

 Heart attacks?  What are those?  

In an announcement released on Wednesday, the body shared that “ongoing analyses from the FDA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) safety surveillance systems have identified increased risks of inflammatory heart conditions, myocarditis and pericarditis following vaccination with the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.”

As per the statement, this risk has been seen particularly following the second dose, with symptoms appearing a few days after receiving the jab.

“The observed risk is higher among males under 40 years of age, particularly males 18 through 24, than among females and older males,” the notice read.

Now, I might be somewhat over that age limit, but I'm close enough to it that I don't want to take any damn chances.  And color me a bit old fashioned, but I tend to prefer that the next generations have the ability to pump blood through their bodies rather than keel over with heart problems before they've hit the age of 40.

The vaccines don't work

In fact, the trend line suggests a marginally positive association such that countries with higher percentage of population fully vaccinated have higher COVID-19 cases per 1 million people. Notably, Israel with over 60% of their population fully vaccinated had the highest COVID-19 cases per 1 million people in the last 7 days. The lack of a meaningful association between percentage population fully vaccinated and new COVID-19 cases is further exemplified, for instance, by comparison of Iceland and Portugal. Both countries have over 75% of their population fully vaccinated and have more COVID-19 cases per 1 million people than countries such as Vietnam and South Africa that have around 10% of their population fully vaccinated.

In the memo, Secretary Austin issued a directive and a promise, that “Mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 will only use COVID-19 vaccines that receive full licensure from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), in accordance with FDA-approved labeling and guidance.” The problem with this is that the Comirnaty vaccine product that was approved by the FDA is not available anywhere in the Military Health System. It is not even in production, according to the military’s TRICARE healthcare providers. If a soldier goes to a military hospital or a private provider to receive an approved Pfizer COVID vaccine, he will be administered the unapproved Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine which is a vaccine that is not approved but has been administered under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). We are told that this is but a brand name difference, that the formulation is the same, and they can be used interchangeably. But as the FDA was approving the Comirnaty product, they were renewing the authorization for the Pfizer-BioNTech product. If it’s just a matter of brand name, why issue an approval for one brand name and an EUA renewal for the other? This is because they are not actually the same.

Any claim that the Pfizer vaccine is "approved" is a lie.  The one FDA approved vaccine is not available in the USA.  The claim is a deliberate, bold-faced lie by professional liars and politicians, all of whom need to be brought up on charges for their dishonesty, their multiple lies and their abuse of the US Military service members.

Vaccines do initially prevent people from catching Covid, but as the experience of Israel, the US and the UK attests, effectiveness begins to wane almost immediately. The latest UK data shows vaccine efficacy waning by around 5 per cent per week in double-vaccinated people over the last six weeks. Moreover, as efficacy declines, double-vaccinated people are more likely to catch Covid than the unvaccinated, with rates of infection in double-vaccinated people higher in every age group over 30. In those 30-39 years old, the infection rate is 824 per hundred thousand in the double-vaxxed compared to 710 in the unvaccinated, giving a vaccine efficacy rate of -16 per cent. This skyrockets to -109 percent in those aged 40-49 where the infection rate per 100,000 is 1,456 in the fully vaccinated and only 696 in the unvaccinated. For those aged 50-59, vaccine efficacy is -85 per cent, for those aged 60-69, it is -88 per cent, for those aged 70-79, it’s -79 per cent and for those aged 80 and over, it’s -22 per cent. This suggests that over time, vaccine-induced antibodies don’t simply dwindle to zero, they make the vaccinated person progressively more likely to catch Covid than the unvaccinated. It is not clear why.

Fauci testified to Senators at a hearing in May that the NIH “has not ever and does not now fund gain-of-function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.”

However, the NIH’s October 20 letter to House Oversight Committee Ranking Member James Comer (R-KY) showed that the NIH grant, which was awarded to EcoHealth Alliance and then sub-awarded to the Wuhan lab, funded a research project during 2018 and 2019 that tested “if spike proteins from naturally occurring bat coronaviruses circulating in China were capable of binding to the human ACE2 receptor in a mouse model.”

The letter added: “In this limited experiment, laboratory mice infected with the SHC014 WIV1 bat coronavirus became sicker than those infected with the WIV1 bat coronavirus.”

The state has also recorded 15,057 breakthrough infections and 562 breakthrough hospitalizations among Pfizer recipients since the beginning of the pandemic, according to the latest data.

And Pfizer pretty much admits that it's jab is worthless after 11 months.

The only reasonable read is that the booster is providing (temporary) protection similar to the first two-dose series (temporarily) did AGAINST PLACEBO. But these are VACCINATED people.

So where’s the protection from the initial two doses?

Gone, gone away.  And so you must take another jab.  And another.  And another, until your immune system collapses.  Enjoy!

Latest UK PHE Vaccine Surveillance Report figures on Covid -19 cases show that doubly vaccinated 40-79 year olds have lost 44% of their immune system capability. Their immune systems are deteriorating at around 5% per week (between 3.8% and 9.1%).
