When the law givers ignore the law, is there any obligation to obey the law-givers?
This question arises in the wake of the Biden regime – the right word, as it conveys the fundamental essence of the thing, as in capo regime . . . as in gang of thugs – announcing it doesn’t give a tinker’s damn for the recent federal court stay of its order to private employers of 100 or more to require all employees submit to the Jab – else be Jabbed, themselves, with extortionate fines applied by OSHA.
Which lacks lawful jurisdiction to decree such a thing.
Never mind, moreover, that the capo regime hasn’t bothered to shepherd legislation through the “democratic process” – leg-humped when convenient – but rather simply ordered the mass Jabbing.
And the mass fining.
When the law givers ignore the law, is there any obligation to obey the law givers? Fucking NONE. Period fucking dot THE END. The only question is how far you're willing to go to avoid the consequences of not obeying the law givers, and right about now as shelves are missing items and people are paying twice the amount for a turkey that they paid last year and the Fucking-B-I is targeting parents instead of actual criminals? I don't even want to think about how close we are to having some glow-worm shot in the face by a patriot who has refused to obey this regimes fascist orders.
What is actually “necessary” – from the standpoint of the regime – is that people accept its lawless orders. That we obey – whatever they say. That’s it. That is what was said by the regime’s halting announcement that it would not respect the stay ordered by a court with lawful jurisdiction over what it can lawfully order.
So let it begin.

I saw that the governor of Oklahoma has already ordered his TAG to not enforce the jab mandate on the Oklahoma National Guard troops. I have a feeling that he saw the numbers of troops that were about to walk, and said "Nope the fuck off, Drooling Joe. Fuck you, Lloyd Austin. Fuck you Milley, you fucking bitch. I'm keeping my Soldiers." We'll see what happens with that. There's a lot of legalities that are involved with that order, but unless the FedGov calls up the National Guard, the person in charge of those troops is the governor of that state. And the Oklahoma Governor just told the illegitimate Biden regime to piss up a rope.
Drooling Joe is a demented senile puppet, and everybody knows it. Let's stop pretending.

The Leftist have long wailed about nasty Americans who refuse to go along with their "intelligent" and "rational" concepts, so now they have a way to force compliance. Remember that, as with the vaccination mandate, corporations have to fear financial ruin from loss of government contracts and "goodies" as well as irrational regulatory enforcement so that compliance can be sold as "voluntary" compliance with dictates. Many politicians seem to have sold out, but the election results in Virginia and even new Jersey indicate that the power of the Leftist will be lessened so using the financial "whip-hand" to establish compliance probably makes sense to them.
The vaccination mandate is curious. At minimum they act like someone has found a way to get their beak into the vaccination payments. Their actions in the USPS suggest something more worrisome. Forced retirements in the ZUSPS ( Post Office) allowed them to hire a mass of borderline employees to fill the gap that they created. Similarly, the push for the vaccination among working Americans (with Congress, the judiciary, vaccine manufacturers, Illegal Aliens, welfare recipients, etc excluded) suggests that they are hoping for mass long term disability (autoimmune disease?) as a way to eliminate effective "White" workers thus making room for the ghetto and Illegal marginals in what is left of the American economy. After all, the Marxist view is that any person can be trained to do any job. Now is there chance to rebuild society and F_ck the legalisms that have held back their conquest.
Don't expect armed Party members in the street. They think that they can get what they want through the powers of intimidation and their control of government money. After all, they already got many "Republicans" and business interests to play along. Why stop now?
Don't focus on the overt "tactics". Look for what they are trying to accomplish, step by step. At this point, we have no idea who is pulling Brandon's strings and loading his teleprompter. I think that they were surprised at how many valuable employees would not take the vaccine risk, and how damaging that would be to the economy, but that is trivial as long as they can bully people to keep cooperating with their plan. The vermin at the top always get fat, have their private jets, and fine food. I keep sensing the line,"this time it will be different".
