The system is manifestly rigged – even Heap Big Chief Warren used to say so until a memo informed her that this meme is now inconvenient – so spare me your sanctimonious crap about our sacred system. Our loyalty is properly only to the Constitution, not a perversion of it. Just because you hold office under Article I, II, or III doesn’t mean we still owe you respect or deference when you treat your obligations to the People like a teenage Thai boy at one of Raymond Burr’s Halloween parties. 

We owe the system nothing. Nada. Zip. Instead, the system owes usfairness and honesty, and without them it has no right to our default acceptance of its results. That acceptance must be earned. This means that the system must aggressively police its own integrity, and this year it has utterly failed to do so.

And that's about the most succinct assessment I've heard in a while.  How many times have I pointed out that the law is the replacement for violence, and if the law no longer functions, or if the law itself is used against the law-abiding, we have the right to return to the violence we gave up?

I only give up my right of retribution if the law appropriately punishes the criminals.  This is no longer the case, as proven by the fact that Hillary Clinton would be in jail if it weren't for her political connections.

Yoga pants on a woman outside of a yoga studio are ENTIRELY for a man's visual pleasure.

"But Dave, they're so comfortable!"  Yep, uh-huh, sure they are.  They also happen to show off a woman's ass and legs to such an extent that I can normally tell of a woman is waxed bare, has a landing strip or sports a natural bush.  I see a woman wearing yoga pants, all I have to do is imagine them in skin tone and I know exactly what they look like naked.  Skin-tight spandex and lycra have their place.  That place is in a gym.  If I step out of my house wearing a pair of shorts that are tight enough to tell if I'm circumcised or not, and strolled down Main Street with my johnson displayed in it's full fabric-covered glory for anyone to see, I would be called a pervert, a sex deviant, what have you.  But I would be doing it for the express purpose of showing off my wedding tackle, and everybody would know it.  There wouldn't be any stupid SJW statements being made, or coy statements about how it "wasn't for people's visual pleasure".  Hell, other people might not enjoy it, but the intent of wearing such clothing when you wear it outside of a gym is showing off your body.  Much like a push-up bra, or Daisy Duke shorts, or skin-tight shirts, the whole object of that clothing is to have people LOOK AT YOUR BODY.

So for a woman to walk around in yoga pants and squeal "it's not for people's visual pleasure!" means at least one, and possibly two things:  That person is a flat-out liar, and there's a possibility that you're just not their intended audience.

In any case, let's just call it what it is, and avoid the fake, sanctimonious blather that dribbles from these SJW's lips like vomit from a baby that's just been burped.  It's a cry for attention.  It's someone saying "LOOK AT MY BODY!"  And it's entirely for the visual pleasure of SOMEBODY.

An Iraqi refugee who raped a 10-year-old boy at a swimming pool has had his conviction overturned because a court didn't prove he realised the boy was saying no. 

The rapist, identified as Amir A, 20, violently sexually assaulted the boy in the changing room of Theresienbad pool in Austria claiming it was a 'sexual emergency' because he had not had sex for four months.  

But an appeal court in the country accepted the defence lawyer's claim that the lower court had not done enough to prove he knew the schoolboy was saying no and overturned the conviction.

The higher court said it should have been ascertained whether or not the victim agreed to the sexual act or whether Amir A had acted against the will of the boy.

Assisted suicide for people who are not terminally ill may soon be an option in the Netherlands. Lawmakers in the country are pushing for a law which would let those who feel they have “completed life” take death into their own hands. 

On Wednesday, the country’s health minister, Edith Schippers and the justice minister, Ard van der Steur, sent a letter to the parliament asking the lawmakers to draft legislation that would make assisted suicide a possibility.

The culture and the people that would make this a reality has to be so debased, so amoral, so stripped of anything spiritual, that it's not really a shock that people want to die when their immersed in said culture.

Power went out yesterday

That was fun.  And since we're on a well, no power means no water.  I had plenty to drink (we keep stores in the basement) but couldn't do the dishes or take a shower.  Or, I guess I could have but I didn't want to.  This wasn't going to be a long outage, so I didn't want to use up the water if I didn't need to.

However, that meant that doing things like bottling up some stuff and other various household tasks didn't get done.  Did go over to a friend's for dinner, so there's that.  Now I've got double the stuff to do.  Yay.

A prominent local media executive fired from Yahoo last year has filed a lawsuit accusing CEO Marissa Mayer of leading a campaign to purge male employees.

Marissa Mayer took a company that had a chance of survival, instituted her SJW values, and destroyed that company in just a couple of years.  Yahoo now isn't really worth a hill of beans.  Sad!

According to Pew, there were over 1 million immigrants in Virginia as of 2014.  In 2013, according to the Census, the number of non-citizens in the state was 427,535, but given the fast pace of new immigration to the region, that number has likely grown.  If a random sampling from just eight counties showed over 1,000 non-citizens registered to vote, one can easily speculate that thousands more are registered statewide.      

This random sampling on non-citizens voting dovetails well with a 2014 study from three prominent political scientists who found that up to 6.4% of all non-citizens participated in the 2008 elections and up to 14.7% voted.  Given the population of non-citizens in the state, that is potentially a very impactful number for any close election.

If the elections were open and honest, Democrats wouldn't stand a chance.  As it is, they cheat, lie and steal their way to win after win.

This can only end in bloodshed.

Riding to work yesterday and today, it was cold enough that I had to put my mask on to keep the cold air out of my ears at 70 mph.  I've been wearing my Joe Rocket jacket, but depending on the weather, I might just have to wear my leather tomorrow.  Full face helmet to be worn just a few degrees colder.

I love this time of year.  I'm a little sad that I'll be putting the bike up when it gets really nasty, but this is my favorite time of the year to be out and about.

Pay attention

Most folks don't pay attention to more than ten feet in front of them.  That goes for pretty much everything in their life.  Need proof?  Take a look at driving in most cities.  The Ragin' Mrs. and I are aghast at the tailgaiting that goes on here in Virginia.  I call it "Clusterfucks of Stupidity".  You'll have five cars, all bunched up one car-length apart, all going 70 mph down the highway, and plenty of space in front and behind.

All it takes is one person hitting their brakes, and you've got multiple car accidents happening.  All because people refuse to look more than ten in feet in front of them.

This outlook carries over in other aspects of their life as well.  Most the voters in this country can't see outside of their personal little bubble.  That's how socialists get elected.  Hell, most of my extended family can't think more than six months into the future.  So when they vote for people who are driving this country off a cliff, they can't see it.  They don't want to see it.  And they greatly hate me for pointing it out.

Fuck 'em.  Let them hate me.  At least I won't be accused of standing idly by.

My parents have always said that if you want to see the true nature of a person, observe them when they're driving or playing sports.  That's when the mask slips.  Either they're so focused on the game, or they don't think anyone is watching, that they let their true nature come out.

Maybe that's why I dislike so much of humanity.  I have to drive too much.  Or ride, which makes me hate people all that much more.

Brewing today

But first, cigar and coffee.  I'm in the middle of a cigar from a newer company - Black Works Studio. The cigar I'm smoking is the Rorschach.  Ho-lee-CRAP this is a good one.  It smells so good before you light it that you just want to chew on it like a candy bar.  The draw is good.  The flavor is awesome.  The strength is between medium and full.  It's a thing of beauty.

I've got three, maybe four batches that I'm starting today, to include a honey beer with chocolate malt that I'm trying to turn into something like a good stout.  At least one batch to bottle, maybe two.  You know what I'm not doing?

UPDATE - we started five one-gallon batches of mead as a test for different yeasts.  Started a five gallon batch of apple cider with a yeast we've been wanting to try, a five gallon batch of honey beer with the chocolate malt, and a three gallon batch of blueberry mead.  We also racked a five gallon batch of wine, a one gallon batch of pear wine, and bottled a one gallon test batch of elderberry mead. Finally, we tested a batch of cherry melomel that we were hoping would come out nicely after we re-sweetened it a month ago.  No dice, it's way too sweet.  So we pitched in some champagne yeast to see what happens.  It's already sitting at 13% ABV, so if we get any sugar eaten by the champagne yeast it'll be a bonus, plus be a wine that will knock you on your ass.

All in all that's a good six hours on my feet making booze.  Life is good.

Why the GOP needs to die

Because most of them are just Democrats in different clothing.  What else can explain giving the Democrats everything they wanted in the Continuing Resolution?

This bill funded every major Democratic policy priority with no meaningful limitations on a single illegal, abusive, or harmful executive action taken by the president. It contained no limitations or reforms to Obamacare, Planned Parenthood funding, Obama’s transgender bathroom mandate on the states, sanctuary cities, or DACA amnesty. What was particularly disturbing about this blank check is that the timing of the budget deadline coincided with two new harmful unilateral policies of the Obama administration: the giveaway of oversight over internet IP addresses to a foreign entity and a net increase in refugee admission for the new fiscal year — all on top of the existing increase in refugees from the Middle East during a time of grave homeland security concerns. 

The budget bill also reflected Obama’s spending priorities instead of the spending figures reflected in the Republican budget. It wasted $1.1 billion on Zika funding that was unnecessary and funded Planned Parenthood with those extra funds. While one expects compromise with divided government, this blank check was truly breathtaking in completely reflecting Democrat values — as if Republicans had no control over Congress.

But then they'll wail and cry and ask how in the world Donald Trump could have won the nomination.  Gutless, pathetic, traitorous, backstabbing pieces of shit.

Voter fraud and more Democrat corruption in VA

That's VA as in Virginia, not Veteran's Administration.  Although where ever a Democrat is involved, you can be assured that there's corruption there as well.  In this case, it's the tried and true tactic of Democrats registering dead people to vote.

The FBI and local police are investigating how at least 19 dead Virginians were recently re-registered to vote in this critical swing state. 

One case came to light after relatives of a deceased man received a note congratulating him for registering, Rockingham County Commonwealth’s Attorney Marsha Garst said Thursday.

Take a guess where all the dead people were signed up to vote.  Just one guess.  Here, I'll make it easy; you don't have to name the place, just tell me what KIND of place it is.

All of the forms had been submitted by a private group that was working to register voters on the campus of James Madison University, according to the Harrisonburg registrar’s office. The group was not identified. No charges have been filed.

NO!  WAY!  A university, a bastion of liberal Democrat Proggie Fascists, is ground zero for voter fraud?  This is my SHOCKED FACE!  And the sheer brazen corruption of the Democrats can be seen in just one quote.

House Minority Leader David J. Toscano (D-Charlottesville) said the case was not proof of voter fraud because no one had actually managed to cast a vote in the names of the dead. 

“First of all, there was no voter fraud — they caught him,” Toscano said. “Nobody cast a vote. . . . There’s still no evidence of that going on in the state. But there is evidence every time you turn around that the Republicans are trying to make it more difficult for citizens to vote in elections.”

So apparently if I walk up to David J. Toscano (Dipshit-Charlottesville), pull out a gun, put the barrel to his face, and cock back the hammer, but the police stop me before I pull the trigger, then there's no crime that ever ever ever ever happened!  It's like MAGIC!

This is the kind of outright contempt for the rule of law that will bring about the second civil war in this country.  Naturally, it's centered on the "liberals".

Whether he loses or, more unlikely, wins, Donald Trump creates an existential crisis for the Republican Party. The New York poseur has effectively undermined the party orthodoxy on defense, trade and economics, policies which have been dominant for the last half century within the party but now are falling rapidly out of fashion among the rank and file.

I really wonder what life must be like in the protected, cocooned little bubble that these people live in.  The "policies which have been dominant for the last half century" are still dominant.  Conservatives and Republicans pretty much still believe in the free market, individual freedom and smaller government.

It's the GOP we no longer trust.  It's the Republican Elite who have betrayed us time and time again that have brought Trump on themselves.  We still believe in the same things we did ten or twenty years ago.  However, we have absolutely no faith that the people in Washington D.C. will do a damn thing except screw us over.

John Boehner, Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell has given Harry Reid and Barack Hussein Obama almost everything they wanted, and shit all over the GOP to do so.  Is it any wonder that Trump won the nomination after that?

The Charlotte Observer provides this profile of Officer Vinson. From it, we learn that he grew up in Charlotte, was a football star in high school, and dreamed of becoming a police officer like his father. 

Vinson was all-conference in football as a high school junior, but was unable to play during his senior year due to a serious knee injury. The next year, he played at a prep school, earning a scholarship to Liberty University.  

At Liberty, Vinson studied criminal justice. He became a captain of the football team and led it in tackles as a senior in 2012.  

In 2014, Vinson joined the Charlotte-Mecklenburg police force. He has not been subject to any disciplinary action, according to personnel records released by the police department.

The conservative House Freedom Caucus celebrated the development as a win late Wednesday, as conservatives had long pushed GOP leaders for impeachment hearings against Koskinen. They accuse him of obstructing a congressional investigation into the treatment of tea party groups seeking tax exemptions. 

But the agreement canceling the votes came only after conservatives themselves predicted that their impeachment resolution was going to get sidelined by Democratic and Republican opposition Thursday. So instead they settled for a hearing next Wednesday, which would result in an impeachment vote only after the November presidential election, if ever.

Not that you'd want to be one, but it's instructive to know how the other side operates.

Ignorance is an absolute must, but especially ignorance of three things: economics, human nature and all of recorded history. 

One has to be truly economically illiterate to believe that high taxes encourages productivity, that union-imposed labor regulations don't dis-incentivize hiring, that energy regulations don't raise prices on the poor and working class. 

Likewise, to be a liberal you must pretend that men and women are exactly alike in every respect and that communism produces the most happiness for the most people.

Toothless Hag ignores sibling's drug use, erupts in rage over photo of baby

So, imagine the scene:  Cops show up to a house.  Male and female parents, four kids.  Male is dead from heroin overdose, woman is comatose.

In the course of taking care of the kids of these two DNA donors (I refuse to call the "parents") a photo is taken of one cop caring for a two month old baby.  Husband of cop posts picture on facebook, with basic message of "I love my wife and she's awesome".  Photo goes viral.

A sibling of one of the DNA donors (don't know which one) goes off on the city council saying that the baby was "exploited" because of the photo.

You want to know why I hold such little hope for this country?  Because James Comey still has a job, and Hillary Clinton still has a good chance of winning the Presidency.  The very fact that this is an option for such a corrupt, sleazy, filthy disgusting parasite means that the immune system that every country needs to survive is gone.  It no longer exists, other than in the arms of Patriots, and once you go down THAT path there's no turning back, and no guarantee of what comes after.

The Mrs and I were in the kitchen when this song came on her Pandora.  We have her phone linked up to a rather large speaker.  Needless to say, the food was ignored for a few minutes.

I just wonder if he's scared off all the hummingbirds.  We've had a fair amount coming and sipping at our feeders, as well has entire flocks of finches, cardinals, jays, etc at the feeders in our front yard.  That's probably why the snake was hanging around; he was looking for a meal.

I don't like even saying that.  I truly don't.  But I also don't see how any outside force can affect positive change within black communities in Democrat controlled hellholes.  So I don't see how throwing more good people into the meat grinder helps solve anything.

You cannot prevent a person from destroying themselves.  And you cannot prevent a community from destroying itself either.  Black communities in America are hell bent on becoming crime-ridden cesspools of violence, stupidity, ignorance and hatred.  There's nothing anyone outside those communities can do to stop it.  But we can stop wasting time and effort.

Sometimes you can't cure the disease.  You just have to cut off the limb before it kills the entire body.

The FBI successfully recovered nearly 15,000 emails previously deleted from Hillary Clinton's private server, and we now know that at least 30 of those emails discussed the 2012 terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya. 

These newly discovered Benghazi emails will add fuel to the fire surrounding Clinton's decision to use a private email server while she was Secretary of State and could raise further questions about whether she fully cooperated with an investigation into the attack that killed four American diplomats in Libya on September 11, 2012. 

Even as this revelation adds a new dimension to Clinton's ongoing email scandal, it also brings the whole investigation back to where it started. It was the congressional inquiry into Clinton's handling of the Benghazi attack that initially uncovered Clinton's use of a private email server. After being ordered to turn over the content of that private server to the committee investigating Benghazi, Clinton's lawyers hastily deleted nearly 15,000 emails and claimed they were not connected to official government business. The FBI's subsequent criminal investigation of her use of a private server while being Secretary of State resulted in some of those deleted emails being recovered via a variety of different means and, well, now here we are back at Benghazi.

This woman needs to be in jail.  Period.

But it may be worse than that. It may be that the Clinton Foundation interceded with the Clinton State Department in furtherance of the donor’s efforts to help his friend Aoun, the head of a terrorist organization. 

I cannot believe that there are supposed Republicans out there who think that allowing Hillary Clinton to be president instead of Donald Trump is still somehow a good idea.
