Have been falling here for a couple of weeks now. We're surrounded by oak trees, and it doesn't take much of a push of wind to direct these falling acorns on to our house. Which makes it interesting when it sounds like staccato gunfire going off up on the roof, and the dogs are going berserk all night long.
Yeah. Really interesting.

You ain't kidding. Talking the dogs for a walk, all you can hear are falling acorns. They're falling on cars, houses, small animals, any children walking by, and adults stupid enough to take their dogs for a walk when a million shit-ton of acorns are falling off the trees.
