Australian Defence Minister Richard Marles met his Chinese counterpart, Li Shangfu, on the sidelines of the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore after Li refused to meet U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.

Marles confirmed the meeting on Twitter, calling the meeting another “important step” towards stablising the relationship between the two countries.

Why should China meet with Lloyd "I fuck over the troops as much as possible" Austin?  China owns his boss.  China has nothing to fear from the blithering fuckstain who introduced trannys and pronounds into the military.  Lloyd Austin is a worthless racist piece of political shit who is destroying the US military as fast has he can, and as such Lloyd Austin is already doing what China wants him to do.

Why does China need a meeting with their puppet by proxy?

China also knows there's no danger of snubbing Lloyd Austin, since Lloyd Austin would have to grow a spine to mount a response.  And the only people that Lloyd Austin is interested in attacking is the military troops who don't bow to his bullshit.

No Clue, No Competence, and No Accountability

U.S. military officials are walking back claims that a recent strike in Syria killed an influential al-Qaeda figure, following assertions by the dead man’s family that he had no ties to terrorists but was a father of 10 tending to his sheep when he was slain by an American missile.

The operation was overseen by U.S. Central Command, which claimed hours after the strike, without citing evidence or naming a suspect, that the Predator drone strike had targeted a “senior Al Qaeda leader.” But now there is doubt inside the Pentagon about who was killed, two U.S. defense officials told The Washington Post.

East Palestine, OH

 I haven't said anything about it because quite honestly, every time more news comes up it just gets worse.

The federal response to the derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, with the ensuing environmental danger from toxic chemicals to the public, has been abysmal.

As I wrote a couple of days ago, the feds have left the town and the local authorities to deal with it all on their own, despite fish dying and residents feeling the effects of the chemicals. Although the train derailed on February 3, Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg didn’t even comment on the wreck until Feb. 13, when he was shamed into it. Even then, he didn’t say anything that would seem to immediately be helpful to the people who were concerned in the town.

Our sister site Twitchy did a walk-through of the town to let people know what was going on there because the media coverage has not been good.

Animals are dying, fish are dying, there's chemicals in the waterways that the Feds won't admit to, and Drooling Joe's puppet masters just denied East Palestine the federal assistance that the governor of Ohio has been begging for.

Every single person involved in this man-made disaster should be hung up by their toes and whipped.  That includes Mayor Pete Buttplug, the pathetically incompetent ass-clown who was made Secretary of Transportation simply because he was gay and then managed to screw up every single issue dealing with transportation.

Diversity hires suck, folks.  

Pray for the people in Ohio, and for everyone who's under the 200 mile diameter cloud of toxic chemicals.  You think that shit ain't going to come down and contaminate farmland?  Please.  You're going to see cancers in ten to fifteen years that can be directly linked to this shit.  That's assuming some other side effect of the toxic chemcials doesn't kill them first.

The military's leadership has signaled for years who and what they were and what they wanted to do to the military.  Mark fucking Milley should have been tossed out on his ass when he put a racist diatribe on the recommended reading list and said he wanted to understand "White Rage".

The woke "anti-domestic-radical" training that happened with Drooling Joe came in?  That was backed and supported by the military's so-called "leadership".  The fucking jab mandate?  Lloyd Austin, that fucking piece of talking shit, STILL thinks the jabs are needed.  I don't know how fucking retarded you can be, but Lloyd Austin constantly sinks to new lows in the retardation department.  But he's just another ass-kissing political worm and has been his entire career.  That's how he got his job.  Expecting Lloyd Austin to actually give a fuck about the troops is asking a pig to fly.  And that only happens with a sufficient amount of C4, which coincidently is exactly how I'd like Lloyd Austin to be ejected from the Pentagon.

So given that the military leadership is a pathetic shitshow of idiots, narcissists and corrupt political fuckstains, story number two should come as no big shock.

Being all uber-woke you can be has just about brought the Army to its knees. In this day and age, they’ve fallen so far down the rabbit hole anymore that they can’t get anyone who’s their normal target recruit to sign up to save their lives. Or anyone else’s, for that matter. Their recruiting numbers are dismal.

If someone asked me whether or not they should join the Army, I couldn't give them a yes right now.  I'd tell them to wait a couple of years and see how things shake out.  Why would I encourage anyone to join an organization where the leaders are unaccountable, back-stabbing bags of shit who only do what's politically convenient?  Why would I encourage anyone to join an organization that will throw you under the bus in order to get their stock portfolios to go up?  Why would I encourage anyone to join an organization who's top brass would leave Americans to die in a foreign country for political expediency?

I may have written about this already, but when I was Specialist Dave at Ft Riley, if someone lost a pair of NODs (Night Optical Devices, aka night vision) in the training area, that unit would STAY in the field until they were found.  And if the platoon or company couldn't find it, they would bring out the entire BATTALION and march them through the training area at double-arm interval until those NODs were found.

And in the end, if the NODs were not found, it was career over both for the Soldier who lost them, and his commander.

Mark fucking Milley left over 12,000 sets of NODs behind in Afghanistan when he ran away like the pathetic little fucking bitch he is.  Nobody has been held accountable for that.  Nobody lost their career.  Not one single "leader" has been called on the carpet for throwing away two decades of blood and sweat and tears.  The Taliban were using a US Army Blackhawk helicopter to dangle a corpse above Kabul.  A helicopter that we left behind in our mad rush to fuck things up even worse than anyone could imagine, and Mark fucking Milley was handing out awards last month to the commands who orchestrated that fuckup.  They got rewarded for their fuckup, and the people in charge all sit around doing one big circle jerk of ribbons and awards for each other.  Meanwhile, Soldiers who don't want to take an unapproved clot-shot get treated like shit and kicked out, or told that they're "extremists" for not wanting to read Mark fucking Milley's white rage book club, or demeaned for pointing out that taking in trannys, people with a 45% suicide rate whether they get their dicks chopped off or not, isn't going to help the military kill the enemy.

You think the young kids today don't see that?  You think all the vets and retirees watching don't see what's going on?  You think they're not telling their kids the very same thing I'm saying?  And keep in mind that military service is now a generational thing - kids join the military because someone in their family was in the military.  If those relatives are now saying "Hey, why don't you check out a trade school instead?" then those kids are probably going to listen.

At this point I'm of the opinion that almost every single flag officer needs to be handed their walking papers.  Bring in actual leaders.  Get the politics out of the military, or watch the military continue to fail.  Got forbid we get into a hot war with China.  The 69th Intersectional Dildo Brigade ain't gonna do diddly-squat against people who actually train how to fight. (Thank you Big Country for that little nugget of laughs)  

Gah.  Other than firing everyone in charge right now I don't have a whole lot of answers.  I'm glad I'm retiring now, before Drooling Joe's puppet masters fumblefuck us into a shooting war either with Russia or China or God knows who.  

The FBI spied on Aretha Franklin?

Rolling Stone magazine obtained Franklin’s FBI file and found in it a record of “false phone calls, surveillance, infiltration and highly-placed sources” that the feds inflicted upon Franklin between 1967 and 2007. The file is full of references to “black extremists,” “pro-communist,” “hate America,” “radical,” “racial violence” and “militant black power.” It opines that Martin Luther King’s funeral, where Franklin sang, could turn into a “radical situation,” adding that “Sammy Davis Jr., Aretha Franklin… of this group, some have supported militant Black power concept.” Accordingly, King’s funeral could “provide emotional spark which could ignite racial disturbance in this area.”

I have no words, other than the FBI needs to be burned to the ground.  How many communists were infiltrating the US Government while the FBI worried about Aretha Franklin?

For a couple of years now, I've been looking at the housing market and saying "This isn't natural.  Something is skewing the market.  There's no way these prices are organic."  And I've had my theories, and I've looked at a few things, but this article lays it out quite nicely.

The Federal Reserve has created a doom loop between the housing market and inflation. For years it has printed tens of billions of dollars each month to buy sketchy securities meant to subsidize the housing market and favor bond traders. This continues even now, in spite of inflation and a red-hot housing market. But the housing market has become dependent on unearned, newly printed money, and stopping the flow might cause a catastrophic correction. If it doesn’t stop, however, inflation will explode. 

Let me walk you through some of the math.

Where I currently live is a bunch of old military housing that the dot.mil sold off decades ago.  Small houses, typically three bed one bath, on decent sized lots.  When I got to Utah, they were selling for around $200k, which I thought was high but this is an urban metro area.

Our neighbor put his house up on the market last week and got an offer of $390k.  

Folks, these houses ain't worth that much.  Period.  But people are PAYING that much, mostly folks from out of state (*cough*kalifornia*cough*) who have sold their shitty broom closets in an even more overheated market and come up here to escape.

As a side note, the folks who move to my part of the area tend to be rather conservative.  The folks who leave Kalifornia and stay liberal tend to move into SLC proper or go south of SLC.

Anyways, let's go back to talking about how the government has fucked things up AGAIN.

The sheer scale of the Fed’s involvement in the mortgage market caused an unstable bubble. As the president of the Kansas City Fed recently said, “by owning roughly one-quarter of the MBS market along with a significant portfolio of longer-term Treasuries, our presence in financial markets muddies price signals, encourages excessive risk-taking, and can foster financial instability. Asset prices remain historically high and remain vulnerable to economic and policy uncertainty.” 

In other words, lenders don’t need to worry about lending to risky borrowers because the Fed is buying all the crap nobody else will touch.

Remember how the government used Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to cause the 2008 housing bubble to pop, and the economic crisis that followed it?

It's gonna be worse.  Far worse.  Inflation is going to get worse, prices are going to skyrocket, because the government is controlled by ideological idiots who either have no clue what the fuck they're doing, or they're doing it on purpose because they want to collapse the system and rebuild it as their socialist utiopia.

 I'm trying to think about what would happen if my command just wasted $17,000,000 for no good reason using a single-source contractor (which is illegal).  The end result is that multiple people would at the very least lose their jobs, if not end up in jail.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement entered into the $87 million contract with the nonprofit company Endeavors to provide services for the surge of migrants at the southern border, the Department of Homeland Security’s Inspector General said in a Tuesday report.

ICE should have sought multiple bids for the work, instead of signing onto the “sole source” deal with Endeavors, which required the agency to pay for a block of more than 1,200 hotel rooms, no matter how many were used, the watchdog found.

So, this is something that I actually know a bit about, since I've undergone fiscal law training in order to be able to do my job.  There are two phrases here that keep popping into my mind.  Fiduciary responsibility and pecuniary liability.  As someone who spends government money, I have fiduciary responsibility to ensure that it gets spent responsibly and that there's no waste.  If I spend that money wastefully or illegally (and there are a shit ton of laws about how to spend money) then I hold pecuniary liability.  Meaning it's my ass on the line.  And the same goes for anyone who spends or approves the spending of government money.

Dude.  Seventeen MILLION dollars wasted.  I'd be in jail if I approved that.  So would my boss.

But the dot gov?  Nah bruh, they good.

That sound you hear throughout the land is all the leaders of WWII spinning in their graves.  And my white hot incandescent rage at the entire military so-called "leadership" who shouldn't be in charge of a platoon, much less the entire military.  It's one thing for Drooling Joe the Chinese Hand Puppet to screw up this badly - he's a senile halfwit, and both he and his handlers hate America in a myriad number of ways.  But the military is supposed to be BETTER than that.  The military is actually supposed to care about our people.  The military is actually supposed to NOT LEAVE AMERICANS TO DIE.  And if they couldn't find a way to do that with Drooling Joe (and his puppetmasters) mission parameters, then you either buck up and tell him no, or you FUCKING RESIGN.  "I'm sorry, but I'm not going to leave Americans to be slaughtered and beaten by the Taliban.  So you either accept my plan of action or you accept my resignation."  It's that simple.  And every fucking general down the line should have been ready to do that.  But no, the flag officers for the Army seem to be capable of nothing more than regurgitating bullshit of every variety, from Thoroughly Modern Milley down to this MG McKenzie and probably far further down than that, and not a single fucking one of those people seem to care about anything other than their own careers.

12 Americans dead in Kabul

In a move no one can grasp, U.S. officials in Kabul gave the Taliban a list of names of American citizens, green card holders, and Afghan allies, believing the Taliban would allow them to enter the militant-controlled outer perimeter of the city’s airport. Lawmakers and military officials are outraged.

Our friends at Twitchy wrote about it. There’s a picture of Afghan evacuees boarding a C-17. The tweet reads, “Afghan civilians board US Air Force C-17 Globemasters at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, Afghanistan.”   Yeah, there’s only one problem: It’s not our plane. It’s one from the United Arab Emirates.

Lockdowns don't work, and they never did

After workplaces implemented mitigation measures, they became far safer environments than people’s homes.

Last week, Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio) revealed an utterly shocking fact: when a deranged leftist named James Hodgkinson opened fire on congressional Republicans in 2017, nearly killing GOP Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.), the FBI ruled the shooting a “suicide by cop.” 

In the defense of some FBI agents, a bunch of them also objected to that finding.  But their objections didn't change a thing, and that's part of the problem.  The FBI is corrupt from the top down.  At this point, I doubt it can be fixed.  And that corruption drags the good folks down just as much as the bad folks, because there aren't enough of the good folks to change things.

CDC sent out flawed Kung Flu tests.

As the new coronavirus took root across America, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention sent states tainted test kits in early February that were themselves seeded with the virus, federal officials have confirmed.

The FBI has no credibility.  Any.  At all.  Zero credibility.  It is a garbage institution run by Democrats for the benefit of Democrats, and it's been exposed as such.  Burn it down.  You can't trust the FBI to follow their own procedures, and that means you cannot trust them to investigate anything or anyone.  Any investigation they conduct has to be considered either a political operation or the fruit of the poisoned tree.

Given how every single Democrat connected FBI person has skated on the multiple crimes they committed, there is absolutely zero chance that anyone will actually be punished for their "failures", which is to say their deliberate actions undertaken to cover up the larger crimes they committed in service to the Democrat party.

Trump's election has ripped the curtain away from the corruption at every single Washington D.C. institution.  There's not a single that's headquartered within Washington D.C. that I would trust, because they have all shown themselves to be partisan political Democrat agents.  They serve their socialist masters, not you, not America.

Trump isn't the problem.  The highly credentialed throne-sniffers who infest our government are the problem.

Very important people with very important advanced degrees from very important universities must be involved at every step. Coaxing American allies to stop welching on their debt requires many white papers and think tank conferences and pricey parties at well-appointed embassies.

Before the president speaks with another head of state, polite talking points must be drafted and edited and redrafted and approved by dozens of people with lengthy titles who occupy offices situated along the Potomac River decorated with many impressive diplomas and commendations.

All of that at the cost of MILLIONS upon MILLIONS of dollars, by the way.  These oh-so-dedicated public "servants" aren't serving for FREE, of course.

And therein lies part of the problem.  There's a pattern here - get a degree, use your connections to secure a fat paycheck at Foggy Bottom, and then go around like you're the real President of the United States.  The State Department has been a seething next of Marxist vipers for as long as I can remember.  Quite frankly, I'm not crying a single tear if the all get shitcanned.  Again, what have they ever gotten right?  What success can they highlight in order to justify their six figure salaries at our expense?

Not a one.

Why are so many "experts" dumpster fires of stupidity and arrogance?

Like Kyle Frese.  We, the Normal People of the USA, pay this garbage employee a shitpot full of money every month to do what, exactly?  Apparently, we pay him a lot of money to travel around the world and bad-mouth this country.

Every time you hold up a government "expert" to the light, what is revealed is a shallow, vapid shell of a human, probably corrupt, definitely incompetent, who holds we Normal Americans in contempt and who never fails to show it.

Power corrupts, but the already corrupt are attracted to power.  The more power that gets concentrated in the shitty cesspool known as Washington D.C., the more corrupt, soul-less assholes flock there in the hope that they get to wield power against Normal Americans.

Kyle Frese is a garbage employee, and I hope he enjoys jail.  It's about damn time that a government employee actually be held to the standards to which they hold us Normal Americans on a regular basis.
