U.S. military officials are walking back claims that a recent strike in Syria killed an influential al-Qaeda figure, following assertions by the dead man’s family that he had no ties to terrorists but was a father of 10 tending to his sheep when he was slain by an American missile.

The operation was overseen by U.S. Central Command, which claimed hours after the strike, without citing evidence or naming a suspect, that the Predator drone strike had targeted a “senior Al Qaeda leader.” But now there is doubt inside the Pentagon about who was killed, two U.S. defense officials told The Washington Post.
And I guarantee that not a single person is going to be held responsible for this fuck-up. Hey, you want to know what makes a terrorist? Huh? Anyone? Well, when some kid in Shitholeistan gets his dad turned into pink mist because the pathetic fuckstains in D.C. want to have a "win", they're going to have some pretty hard feelings about the USSA. But that pathetic fucking shitstain Austin doesn't give a rat' ass, he's got a seven figure salary waiting for him after he's finished destroying and demoralizing the military. And Drooling Joe doesn't know what day it is, what's going on, or why there's no little girls for him to abuse. He probably doesn't even know that Haji got waxed, or if he was told that some dude was vaporized he forgot it five minutes later when he asked for his pudding.
“We are no longer confident we killed a senior AQ official,” one official said. The other, offering a slightly different view, said “though we believe the strike did not kill the original target, we believe the person to be al-Qaeda.” Both spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss preliminary determinations of an ongoing investigation into the incident.
So let's just get down to brass tacks, shall we? They didn't have good intel, they didn't know the target, they STILL don't know who they killed, and they waxed some dude who was tending a herd of sheep.
Every person involved in this goatfuck needs to get fired. But as we all well know, if there's one thing that the pathetic shitstain Lloyd "Fuck the troops, I got mine" Austin will do, it will be to ensure that nobody with any rank is ever punished for their failings, incompetence and fuckups. Because that would mean that Lloyd Austin would be first on the line, and he would be on trial for murdering the Soldiers who took the jab he ordered them to take. Hell, at this point murdering some carpet-munching raghead is rather low on the list of reasons he should be hung from the neck until dead. Publicly.
