"Stealthing" As in, guys pulling the condoms off mid-sex without telling their partners.
First.... I have to admit that when it comes to hook-up apps, I'm clueless. I've been happily married since before apps even existed, so when I hear about "Tinder" and "Bumble" I pretty much have no idea what they're talking about. Until now, thanks to the news reports, and I have to say that I'm a bit less happy with the world.
Second, for the "OMG DAVE! Sex is COMPLETELY NATURAL! What is your PROBLEM?!?!?!" cohort that I know exists in the world. Hey, want to guess what else is completely natural? Childbirth.
Third, if your sole desire is to hook up with random strangers for a night of anonymous sex, then you're going to run into people as morally depraved as you are, and they might want to do something like take the condom off. Because at that point the only focus is sexual gratification, not the well-being of your partner. Do you really think you're going to find Mr. Right on Tinder? Really?
We've now come to a point in society where people can and do randomly hook up and screw like barnyard animals, and the biggest problem in people's minds is "Oh he took the condom off". Yeah, just brush off the moral degradation, brush off the mental and emotional issues that random sex with strangers both entails and brings with it. Naw man, the problem is he took the condom off!
Ladies, if you're having sex with a guy who you only met on Tinder, you have much bigger problems than that.
You can have peace. Or you can have freedom. Don't ever count on having both at once. - Robert A. Heinlein -

The GOP once again does what the Democrats want
Rush asks the question "Why are we voting Republican if this is what we get?"
Excellent question, Sir.
Paul Ryan, who's turning out even worse than John Boehner at advancing Republican interests, just gave the Democrats EVERYTHING THEY WANTED in this budget extension. No, I can't even all it that because we haven't had a budget in close to a decade now. We've had a series of bills that keep stringing the government along bit by bit. But the Democrats got everything they wanted, including funding of Obamacare, while they put explicit wording in the bill that they will not fund a fucking wall on our Southern border.
So, to recap - the one single thing that pushed Trump over the top in the election is now explicitly being denied, while everything the Democrats want is good to go. THAT is the GOP's idea of a good bill?
Republicans have the House, Senate and White House, historic majorities in the states, and they still quiver like little bitches and do what the Democrats tell them to do.
Once Paul Ryan has removed his mouth from Chuck Schumer's cock, I'd like to have a word with him. In private. Somewhere nobody can hear him scream.

I feel like a can of smashed assholes
So enjoy some Bill Whittle.
I've had a fruitless argument with a communist who, after declaring that corporations aren't people, refused to even accept the fact that they're made up of people. But he was a communist, so by definition, he had to real capability of logical thought. As I said, it was fruitless.

Ragin' Dave's quote of the day, TRUTH edition
From Peter Grant.
Emphasis mine.
Throwing money at an addict who doesn't want to change is wasting that money. A person has to want to quit, and if they don't, then they're not going to. Like Grant, I'm a former cigarette smoker. I've also worked in a hospital that had an addiction recovery unit. The rate of success for that unit was less than 10%, and most of the people in there were court ordered. Which means that the moment they got out, they went right back to using.
Sometimes, the kind thing to do is just put them in a room with the drugs of their choice and let them go. Think of the millions of dollars that could go to helping people who actually needed it: car accident victims, cancer patients, trauma victims, rather than pissing those dollars away on the crackhead who continues to use Emergency Rooms as their own private hospital and pharmacy.
You can call me cruel if you want. You can say that I don't care about people. But I do care about people. I care about the people who get less care and help than they need, because the medical care was used on a person who has no interest in getting healthy. They just want to be able to get the next high.
Those addicted to illicit narcotics have to come to the same place. They have to decide that something - life itself, or a partner, or a job, or whatever - is better, and more important to them, than their addiction. Persuasion, courses, propaganda . . . none of them will work without that elementary, life-changing decision on the part of the addict. I fear that with the advent of carfentanil, many of them won't have time to make it before the consequences of their addiction catch up with them . . . but it's their choice, no-one else's. Those knocking themselves out to save them from the consequences of their choice need to bear that in mind. Death is just as much a correction to the problem of addiction as is deciding to stop.
Emphasis mine.

Garden work
We're downsizing our garden this year. Too many things won't grow out where we are. If this were my house instead of a rental, I'd be clearing trees away and making room for the garden to get more light, but I don't own the house. So we garden on a small patch of ground that gets light. We tried lots of different plants last year. Most of it didn't grow, or didn't produce. Our squash plants were flowering like gangbusters, and we didn't get a single squash from them.
So we shrank the size of the garden, which means pulling up fence posts and re-stringing the fence we use to keep deer out. I'll be pulling the weedblock off the squash mounds and raking the dirt out across the lawn tomorrow, as well as cutting down a few small trees to open up our back yard a bit. I'm keeping the larger trees so we have a canopy overhead.
It's been a busy day. It'll be a busy day tomorrow. But at least we're getting things done.

Leftist protesters are bought and paid for
Rush lays it out. Gotta run now, so maybe I'll expound on this later.
Saw this at Ace of Spades
And had to share it: ESPN demographics switched from Conservative to Liberal before they laid off 100 people.
Maybe shitting all over half your prospective audience isn't a good idea, eh? I know that I've watched less football last year than in any year previous, thanks to the NFL allowing that shithead in San Fran to disrespect the flag while threatening a O-line from Tennessee if he wore cleats commemorating September 11th.
Oh wait, Kaepernick isn't in San Fran anymore, is he? In fact, he doesn't have a job at all, does he? You want to know why? Because no owner and GM wants that kind of bullshit and the negative attention that goes with it on their team. Because most folks in the NFL understand just how fucking lucky they are to live in a country that makes them fantastically rich while playing a fucking game. But this is still the NFL, which seems to love pushing Leftist causes while threatening players who dare put their dad's name on their eyeblack. So, really, screw 'em.
On top of me not watching sports, if I do go find some sports news I refuse to get it from ESPN. I'll listen to the local ESPN channel here in Richmond in the morning, because that's the local guy doing the local sports thing. Any of their syndicated shows get turned off, because fuck ESPN for being a proggie shitstain on America's underwear.
So yes, ESPN's viewership became far more Leftist. But that's not because Leftist viewers were flocking to ESPN while the Right cut their cable. The Right stopped watching ESPN, and nobody filled that void. Which means ESPN laid off 100 people this week. Oh well. The only one I recognized was Trent Dilfer, because he used to QB the Seahawks. All the rest? Don't know 'em. Because I don't watch ESPN.
Specifically, in 2015, the ESPN audience on average skewed Republican across all dayparts, ranging from 12% more Republican (Early News, Late Fringe, Overnight) to 21% more Republican than Democratic (Early Morning).
In 2016, every daypart on ESPN became less conservative, with Daytime being only 2% more Republican than Democratic, while Late Fringe and Overnight programming became 10% and 12% more Democratic than Republican – a 22 and 28 point shift, respectively.
The same is true across other ESPN properties. ESPN2 skewed Republican across most dayparts in 2015; in 2016 all dayparts skewed Democratic. Every daypart also switched on ESPN News from 2015 to 2016.
ESPNU was the only network that retained its mostly Republican audience. ESPN Deportes – the network’s Spanish language channel – became even more Democratic in 2016 than it already was in 2015.

But the SCIENCE was SETTLED! We had a CONSENSUS!
Salt ain't bad for ya, folks.
I eat a lot of salt. I don't sprinkle it on my foods, but I eat bacon. I snack on salted peanuts and sunflower seeds. I eat cheese, which has quite a bit of salt in in. I add some to every dish that I'm cooking, depending on what flavor I'm looking for. I have never once worried about my salt intake. In fact, I've worried that I'm eating too little salt, given how much I sweat in the summertime.
But chalk this up in the category of "Things about which you have not been told the truth." It can go up there along with "EGGS ARE BAD FOR YOU!" and "EAT MORE CARBS!" And once again, the next time someone demands that you respect whatever bullshit their pushing " because SCIENCE and stuff!" just remember this.
Consuming fewer than 2,500 milligrams of sodium daily is actually associated with higher blood pressure, according to the Framingham Offspring Study report, given today. The American Heart Association recommends consuming no more than 2,300 milligrams of sodium daily, equal to a teaspoon of ordinary iodized table salt.
High blood pressure is a known risk factor for heart disease and stroke. Hence, lowering salt intake is supposed to lower blood pressure and thus reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke. But the study found that supposition to be unfounded.
Moreover, the lowest blood pressure was recorded by those who consumed 4,000 milligrams or more a day — amounts considered dangerously high by medical authorities such as the American Heart Association.

This is how you get President Trump
ACLU sues a private Catholic hospital for refusing to mutilate a mentally ill woman who thinks that she's a man. The woman wants her vagina removed. The hospital rightly refused to accommodate her illness and need for mutilation. The ACLU stepped in because Stupidity.
This is how you get President Trump. A woman is not a man. And a man is not a woman. You cannot turn one sex into another, no matter how hard you wish and try and click your heels together and pray to the Tranny Fairy. And normal, sane people are tired of being assaulted and abused for understanding those basic facts.

This is what Marxism always devolves into:
Fascists, commie, Marxist thugs using force to shut people down. This is why allowing commies and other various flavors of Marxist into government always results in tyranny.
I think the Multnomah County Republicans should still do the parade. With guns. Lots of guns. Guns on their hips, guns in their hands. And tell the Leftist fascists that they had better bring plenty of body bags, because the GOP ain't gonna pay to bury the Marxists out of their own pockets.
One of the staples of Portland, Oregon —”Portlandia” to TV viewers— is the annual Rose Festival, now in its 82nd year, and it has for several years now featured a kickoff parade, akin to the Rose Parade in Pasadena on January 1 every year. But this year’s parade, scheduled for this weekend, has been cancelled. The reason: It was going to include—gasp—Republicans! And this is too much for the hardened left, which threatens to shutdown the parade by violent means if it includes Republicans. And the city of Portland has caved.
Just a reminder
That Planned Parenthood rips babies apart ion the womb and sells their body parts for cash.
This is the same evil ghoul who was caught on camera saying that she wanted a Lamborghini from the body parts she was selling. This video pre-dates the Lambo video.
In order to deny that a baby is in fact a baby while you sell off it's liver, it's lungs, it's skull, you have to not have an actual soul left, what with the selling it to Satan and all that. Or maybe you do have a soul, and it resembles the sludge at the bottom of a septic tank. Just foul.
The costs of baby organs increased dramatically in the last ten years, a Planned Parenthood executive said in video released by the Center for Medical Progress on Wednesday
In 2014, undercover videographers posing as organ procurers captured Planned Parenthood executive Dr. Mary Gatter discussing the cost of "specimens" obtained following abortion. When the pro-life activists mention $50 as the going rate for each specimen, Gatter informs them that costs have jumped over the last decade.
"You know, you have to pay a little money to use the space," Gatter says.

Criminals and Thugs
We just barely missed being ruled by the Clinton Crime Cartel and Clown Show
All socialists are corrupt. All socialists will use the power of the government to get their way if they can. And the Clintons are some of the most corrupt socialists you will ever find in America.
We were thisclose to our country being run by that shitshow.
A Bangladesh government commission was investigating multiple charges of financial mismanagement at Grameen Bank, beginning in May 2012. Muhammad Yunus, a major Clinton Foundation donor, served as managing director of the bank.
Sajeeb Wazed Joy, son of Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and permanent U.S. resident, recalled the account of the threatened IRS audit to TheDCNF. The allegations mark the first known instance in the U.S. that Clinton’s Department of State used IRS power to intimidate a close relative of a friendly nation’s head of state on behalf of a Clinton Foundation donor.
Joy told TheDCNF it was “astounding and mind boggling” that senior State Department officials between 2010 and 2012 repeatedly pressured him to influence his mother to drop the commission investigation.
All socialists are corrupt. All socialists will use the power of the government to get their way if they can. And the Clintons are some of the most corrupt socialists you will ever find in America.
The Prime Minister originally disclosed in general terms the pressure exerted on her son at a February reception in Munich. Sources such as the Dhaka Tribune carried the news throughout the country.
“Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said her son Sajeeb Wazed Joy had to face pressure from the US State Department to keep Muhammad Yunus as the Grameen Bank managing director,” the Tribune reported.
“Hillary Clinton phoned me and exerted the same pressure. Even the U.S. State Department summoned my son Joy three times and told him that we would face trouble,” Hasina added.
Hasina said State Department officials told Joy that Clinton would not take the matter lightly.
“Convince your mother,” she recalled Joy quoting officials.
We were thisclose to our country being run by that shitshow.

Stefan Molyneux boils down how Climate Change is just a racket
And Gay Patriot points out that it is in essence a religion for those who believe in it.
The same people hysterically screeching about how we're all gonna die are often the same ones buying multi-million dollar beachfront mansions with the money they sucker out of the fools, dupes, and religious converts to Global Changism. This is why Democrats want to control the language so badly, and why they insist on only being judged by what they say instead of what they do.
Molyneux proposes the following thought experiment:
- Suppose stockbrokers (or bankers or politicians or oil company CEOs – whomever you view as corruptible) are in charge of calculating some important measure of the world.
- Let’s call it the Economy Rate (ER). It could go up or down. The stockbrokers fudge and massage the ER data, as they see fit.
- First, the stockbrokers say “The ER is so important! and it’s going DOWN! That’s bad! Give us tens of billions of taxpayer money, and we’ll watch it and figure out what to do.”
- But over the years, the ER rises. The stockbrokers say “The ER is so important! and it’s going UP! That’s bad! Give us tens of billions of taxpayer money, and we’ll watch it and figure out what to do.”
- But then the ER stops going up. The stockbrokers say “The ER is so important! and it could go UP OR DOWN! With unpredictable pauses! That’s bad! Give us tens of billions of taxpayer money, and we’ll watch it and figure out what to do.”
The same people hysterically screeching about how we're all gonna die are often the same ones buying multi-million dollar beachfront mansions with the money they sucker out of the fools, dupes, and religious converts to Global Changism. When you've lost Politico...
How bad is Obama's Iran deal? Politico is exposing just how corrupt, stupid and horrible the deal is. (link goes to Ace of Spades)
Basically, Obama handed Iran $150 billion, plus lots of terrorists, arms dealers and other assorted criminals that the prior administrations had worked to put away, and then promised that Iran could do what it wanted.
I'd like to point out that the GOP went along with this debased spectacle, under the Corker maneuver. The GOP could have stopped it. They chose not to. Which is part of the reason why Donald Trump is president today, and not the GOP's anointed child, Jeb.
We won't be able to fix the damage that Obama and the Quisling GOP did. It will come back to bite us in the ass.
By dropping charges against major arms targets, the administration infuriated Justice Department officials -- and undermined its own counterproliferation task forces.
By JOSH MEYER 04/24/17 05:00 AM EDT
When President Barack Obama announced the "one-time gesture" of releasing Iranian-born prisoners who "were not charged with terrorism or any violent offenses" last year, his administration presented the move as a modest trade-off for the greater good of the Iran nuclear agreement and Tehran’s pledge to free five Americans.
But Obama, the senior official and other administration representatives weren’t telling the whole story on Jan. 17, 2016, in their highly choreographed rollout of the prisoner swap and simultaneous implementation of the six-party nuclear deal, according to a POLITICO investigation.
(.....)
The biggest fish, though, was Seyed Abolfazl Shahab Jamili, who had been charged with being part of a conspiracy that from 2005 to 2012 procured thousands of parts with nuclear applications for Iran via China. That included hundreds of U.S.-made sensors for the uranium enrichment centrifuges in Iran whose progress had prompted the nuclear deal talks in the first place.
When federal prosecutors and agents learned the true extent of the releases, many were shocked and angry. Some had spent years, if not decades, working to penetrate the global proliferation networks that allowed Iranian arms traders both to obtain crucial materials for Tehran's illicit nuclear and ballistic missile programs and, in some cases, to provide dangerous materials to other countries.
I'd like to point out that the GOP went along with this debased spectacle, under the Corker maneuver. The GOP could have stopped it. They chose not to. Which is part of the reason why Donald Trump is president today, and not the GOP's anointed child, Jeb.

Well, this just isn't fair
You want to know why so many musicians are kinda ugly? It's because that's how we got the chicks way back when. We weren't football players or jocks, and we most likely weren't rich. So how can a poor ugly kid get girls?
Rock 'n Roll, man. Or whatever floated their boat. You wanna hear some 80's BS that'll make your panties drop? OK, I'll do that too. A country song makes your legs go up in the air? We'll do that as well.
Music was the realm of ugly guys using tunes to get laid. Hell, it worked for me in spades. I'm no Brad Pitt, and it wasn't until I joined the Army that I really started putting on muscle.
But what happens when a smoking hot girl learns to rock out on guitar? Man, that's just not fair.
This here blows right through the "ugly guys" rule in music.

Some folks don't age well
I'm looking up videos of Van Morrison, and that poor guy hasn't aged well. He hadn't aged well in the 90's either. He sounded like a mafia guy trying to do beatnik style poetry on "Moondance".
It's jarring to hear, after listening to it from the recordings in the 70's. I know his voice won't be the same, but dang.
Jackson Browne (even though he's a massive hippy) still manages to pull off a decent rendition of his hits. Or at least, he did the last time I saw him, which was a while ago, so as of right now today your mileage may vary. "Running on Empty" still sounds like the same song, not a spoken-word homage.
Been busy
Got a lot of stuff done, but still, by the time I'm finished all I can do is plop down in my chair and look at the drink I've just made.
I've lived various distances from my place of work before, but this is the first time I've lived an hour away. Which means that it's roughly two hours of my day spent driving to and from work. Which eats up a lot of time, that I normally had to do housework, cooking, etc.
I don't think I'll be doing this again.
Add in the fact that I'm convinced most people here in Richmond don't know how to drive. They just don't. I think their natural tendency to be polite keeps them out of most trouble (as in "Ooops, let's get back on my side of the road before I hurt someone!") but there's still more people who deserve to be yanked from their jacked-up, shiny, no-dirt-on-the-differential, loud exhaust, SaltLife-stickered, 4x4 penis extensions and beaten until they piss blood, because those assholes seem to be the rudest pieces of shit on the road.
But that's just my observation.

John Brennan is the Domestic Enemy to the Constitution
When you collude with spy agencies of foreign countries in an attempt to get your candidate elected, I don't know what else it can be called.
An article in the Guardian last week provides more confirmation that John Brennan was the American progenitor of political espionage aimed at defeating Donald Trump. One side did collude with foreign powers to tip the election — Hillary’s.
Seeking to retain his position as CIA director under Hillary, Brennan teamed up with British spies and Estonian spies to cripple Trump’s candidacy. He used their phony intelligence as a pretext for a multi-agency investigation into Trump, which led the FBI to probe a computer server connected to Trump Tower and gave cover to Susan Rice, among other Hillary supporters, to spy on Trump and his people.
John Brennan’s CIA operated like a branch office of the Hillary campaign, leaking out mentions of this bogus investigation to the press in the hopes of inflicting maximum political damage on Trump. An official in the intelligence community tells TAS that Brennan’s retinue of political radicals didn’t even bother to hide their activism, decorating offices with “Hillary for president cups” and other campaign paraphernalia. In a just world, John Brennan and his flunkies would currently be in jail awaiting trial for their high crimes and misdemeanors. The fact that they're still out and about, and many of them most certainly still working for the CIA, is a good indicator that the entire concept of America as a country is dead, and the nation is just a shambling corpse waiting for the shooting to start.

This is how it's done
Auburn, AL police tell Antifa shitweasels to take masks off if they want to enter the campus.
I love the little temper tantrum the stupid girl throws after she's forced to unmask. Nice dropping of the stick there, sweetheart! It's like "Oh fuck, I can't anonymously beat people now, I'm going home!"

Dear White Men: Democrats want you to die
No. That's not hyperbole.
The speaker says, maybe I should not say this in public, but when I heard more White men are committing suicide, I almost said “yeah, great!”.
But he does say it, and the crowd likes it, as he knew they would.Remember, when a Democrat bemoans the 'loss of civility" in politics today, what they're really wishing for is that you would just shut up while they insult you and verbally abuse you. It's not that they actually want to be civil. They just don't want you to fight back.

Antifa Nazis get punched back
About fucking time.
And I'm going to be watching this all day long and giggling:
There's just something about a drugged-out hippy nazi-wanna-be getting knocked the hell out that seems.... satisfying.
Does that make me bad? Hell no it doesn't. Go check out where that bat-shit loon was claiming she was going to get "100 nazi scalps". No, she didn't say that ironically. She was out there to shut down free speech. She was out there to assault people who just wanted to have their say. She's a fascist. She's a Nazi. She's a drugged out, totalitarian crack-whore, and she wanted to beat people for disagreeing with her politically. This thing is the picture perfect definition of anti-American asshole.
And she got knocked the fuck out. I won't shed one single tear.
I also love that guy's sweatshirt - the one that reads "JESUS will JUDGE YOU!" Hell yeah. Punch a hippy for Jesus!
Update - best moniker for that skanky hippy chick I've seen so far: Moldylocks. Friggin' brilliant.

EASTER!
1 And on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalen cometh early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre; and she saw the stone taken away from the sepulchre. 2 She ran, therefore, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple whom Jesus loved, and saith to them: They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him. 3 Peter therefore went out, and that other disciple, and they came to the sepulchre. 4And they both ran together, and that other disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre. 5 And when he stooped down, he saw the linen cloths lying; but yet he went not in.
6 Then cometh Simon Peter, following him, and went into the sepulchre, and saw the linen cloths lying, 7 And the napkin that had been about his head, not lying with the linen cloths, but apart, wrapped up into one place. 8 Then that other disciple also went in, who came first to the sepulchre: and he saw, and believed. 9 For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead. 10 The disciples therefore departed again to their home.
He is risen! He is truly risen!

Ave Verum Corpus
Holy Saturday.
Today is one of the days that our Lord, Jesus Christ, spent in hell after being tortured and put to death.
Whyinthehell am I up so early on a Saturday?
Well, one, I couldn't sleep for crap last night. That happens, I guess. It's been happening a lot lately. I can't wait to see what my circadian rhythms are like when I'm twice my age.
Two - I'm in the process of taking a class that requires me to first observe a class. So I have to be up and out early.
So much for a nice relaxing weekend.

Agnus Dei, qui tolis peccata mundi, miserere nobis
I think there can be proof of God that something so horrible to contemplate can be sung with such beauty.
Good Friday. Might I suggest some prayer?

I think death threats are appropriate in this case
Lois Lerner says she got death threats, wants her testimony sealed forever.
Death threats are appropriate at this time. This is what happens when you use the government to abuse people and walk away with no consequences. There WILL be consequences, of one form or another. Remove the ability for people to hold you responsible through the courts, and they'll find other ways to hold you responsible.
Personally, if Lois Lerner spent the rest of her life in hiding, afraid to go out in the light of day for fear of people hunting her down, it wouldn't bother me one single bit. Sic semper tyrannis.
Former IRS senior executive Lois G. Lerner told a federal court this week that she faces the possibility of death threats if her role in the tax agency’s tea party-targeting becomes public, and asked a judge to forever seal her upcoming deposition in a class-action lawsuit brought by hundreds of groups that were targeted.
Mr. Lerner and Holly Paz, another figure from the IRS tea party targeting, told the judge they’ve already faced “harassment and death threats” before, and said they fear another media firestorm if their version of events from the tea party targeting were to become public.
The two women said they are willing to testify, but said they could be putting “their lives in serious jeopardy.”You used the power of the government against innocent civilians who simply disagreed with you politically. Your actions gave them no recourse. You and your bosses made sure you didn't suffer any accountability for your actions, and you skated off scot-free with your six-figure pension, leaving behind the victims of your actions helpless and hopeless.

MIT publishes children's book glorifying communism
I don't know what else to say...
Things like this are why I can no longer take a college education seriously. When you pop out of that little Marxist indoctrination chamber with a fancy sheepskin saying you know stuff but you regurgitate crap like this, then you really haven't learned anything of worth.
Please tell me, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, exactly how does this advance anything you're working on at MIT?
MIT Press is out with a new book that teaches children the tenets of Karl Marx with fairy tales.
Communism for Kids, written by a German author who specializes in political theory and "queer politics," was released last month. The thesis of the children's book is that communism is "not that hard," but has not been implemented in the right way.Gosh, how many more hundreds of millions of people have to die before it gets implemented in the right way?

One more Ray Charles
It's not just Charles himself, it's his backing band. There's just so much talent there that it's almost painful. Same with singers like Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin; their backing bands blew the doors off of any joint they played in.

I'd just like to point out
That the one and only time I ever heard Seattle Mayor Ed Murray speak, it made my skin crawl. The guy sounds like "Uncle Badtouch" from the get-go, and his smarmy, lisping delivery made me want to punch him in the face after two seconds of hearing his voice.
So when I find out that multiple people are accusing him of sexual molestation and pedophilia back in the 80's, it doesn't shock me one bit.
Oh, and I love this little touch:
So this isn't the first time this has been raised! Nope, in fact, it was raised years ago, and the media dumped it down the memory hole because progressive politics, y'all! Who cares how many boys Uncle Badtouch was raping, he's a progressive and he's gonna make Seattle progressive, so all those boys can go pound sand while Uncle Badtouch gets elected!
I wonder, if Murray was a Catholic Priest, if the Times would have accepted the weak explanation that they swallowed from Murray.
Ah hell, I don't wonder at all. We all know the answer to that. In the eyes of the media, raping little boys is acceptable if you're a Democrat politician! Just ask Gary Studds!
So when I find out that multiple people are accusing him of sexual molestation and pedophilia back in the 80's, it doesn't shock me one bit.
An unnamed man filed a child sex abuse lawsuit against the mayor on Thursday, alleging Murray “repeatedly criminally raped and molested” him when he was a homeless 15-year-old in the 1980s.
The unnamed plaintiff and two other men gave interviews to the Seattle Times — all telling similar stories about a politico in his late 20s and 30s, who befriended street kids, paid them and had his way with them.I wonder if Murray had been a Catholic Priest, would the paper be so nice to Murray as they are right now?
Oh, and I love this little touch:
The (Seattle) Times explained why it didn't print the accusations until last week, when claims in the public lawsuit echoed their accounts:
“Murray denied the accusations to reporters and hired an attorney, who worked to discredit the men largely based on their criminal pasts,” the paper reported. “Neither the Seattle Times nor other media publicly reported the allegations, and Murray’s political career continued to rise.”
So this isn't the first time this has been raised! Nope, in fact, it was raised years ago, and the media dumped it down the memory hole because progressive politics, y'all! I'm pretty sure I've posted this before
But it's been a while, so screw it.
There's more groove in this song than in the entire anthology of the Backstreet Boys and Nicki Minaj combined.
Musical Interlude, Historical Edition
Hurdy Gurdy!
Yes, it's a real instrument. Rather an old one at that.

You can make bullets from just about anything
One of the YouTube channels I keep up with is Taufledermaus, who likes to shoot various things out of a shotgun. One of the rounds he tested recently came from a candy-maker in Israel who made Barley candies, poured them into a mold of a slug, and came out with... well... candy slugs for a 12 gauge shotgun.
Things like this are why banning firearms will never work. Take away my lead, and I'll shoot you with barley.

Obama administration knew Syria still had chemical weapons
Despite that pathological liar Susan Rice's claims to the contrary.
Good times, good times.....
If this strike was arranged to avoid hitting sarin storage facilities, the question arises: did the Obama Administration know that such depots still existed after its “historic” deal that supposedly removed all Syria’s chemical weapons?
The signs point to yes.Hey, remember when that pathological liar Susan Rice testified that Obama had convinced Assad to give up his chemical weapons?
Good times, good times.....

So now we're starting a war with Syria?
Fuck.
Just fuck.
Nobody in Syria likes us very much. There are factions upon factions upon factions who hate each other with the fire of a thousand burning suns, and they only reason they're not trying to kill us is because they're too busy trying to kill each other. And when we interrupt them from killing each other, they'll all turn around and try to kill us.
We have just interrupted our enemy in the middle of them making huge mistake after huge mistake. What the fuck, Trump? What the fuck, McMaster? What the fuck, JCS? Were you people so itching for a fight you had to jump into the middle of the biggest shit show in the Middle East? When did "The Art of War" go out of style? Do people not read it anymore?
There is no victory in Syria. There is no "winning". We can't "win so big" with Assad, because beating Assad means that Terrorist Group A comes to power, assuming that Terrorist Group B doesn't kill them off first and take the throne. There is not a single group of people in Syria who are our pals. Any of them in control of the country is a bad idea. Helping one over the other will only mean that one group hates us slightly less, but they'll still send terrorists over to blow up Americans when they can. And the other groups will probably swear blood feud because we didn't give their terrorists priority over Terrorist Group A's terrorists.
You want to help Syria? You build refugee camps outside of the country and make sure that the insanity of Syria stays in Syria. Other than that, you build a wall around the country, seal it up and wait for the various terrorists, dictator-wanna-be assholes and the actual dictator to kill each other. And when there's only one or two people left you tell them "If any of this shit show makes it to our shores, we will bomb your country until it's nothing but rubble from one side to the other. And then we'll bomb it to make the rubble bounce."
Just fuck.

Nice to see someone fighting back
Fauxcahontas Warren (aka Lie-a-watha) goes silent after reports show she only pays women 71% of what she pays men.
The fight against ProgNazis and other Left Fascists isn't going to be like sniping them from afar and walking away. It's a knife fight. Get dirty. Expect to get cut. Get in, get close, and stab them until they stop moving.
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.) failed to acknowledge Equal Pay Day for the first time in her Senate career after it was reported on Tuesday that women working in her Senate office earned just 71 percent of what was earned by men.
Warren has used Equal Pay Day, which fell on April 4 this year, in years past as an opportunity to speak out on the gender pay gap. Last year she took to the Senate floor to call Equal Pay Day a "national day of embarrassment" and pledged to continue her "fight" until the pay gap was erased. She gave similar statements on Equal Pay Day in 2015, 2014, and 2013, her first year in the Senate.
This year, Warren was the only female Democratic senator who ignored Equal Pay Day entirely, and it was not due to a lack of opportunity.

It only takes one mouth-breathing asshat to screw up traffic
So what do you get when every other car on the road is being driven by a drooling fuckwit with a phone implanted to the side of their face?
You get Richmond, VA and the surrounding areas, apparently. At least, that's what I see from the seat of my motorcycle.

Sent to me by a buddy
Who happens to know a whole load of people named "Dave", so they all have some superlative (or explicative) attached to their name. There's the guy he calls "Fucking Dave", and I have earned the moniker of "Jesus Dave".
It's a long story. One that I might tell later if I'm plied with enough whiskey.
But anyway, last night he shoots this to me on my phone:
It made me giggle. Just a bit.
My wife is making radish kimchee
I say "making" instead of "made" because apparently it's a process that involves several days of fermentation.
This ought to be interesting. I do love Korean food.

The damage will never be undone
And one of the reasons is that the Marxist press, aka the Obama Sluts and Stenographer Pool, don't want the damage undone.
There have been multiple admissions from Obama admin officials that they spied on Trump and his team. From some reports, that spying was going on before Trump won the nomination, and continued up until January 20th.
And the media, Obama's Praetorian Guard, his lapdogs and boot-lickers, the craven, sniveling know-nothing anal warts who spent eight years kissing Obama's ass, are now in full damage control mode for their God, their King and their Emperor, Bathhouse Barry Obumblefuck.
Gotta add this from Powerline:
What’s striking about the Times story is the spin it took. Trump had previously claimed he had been “wire tapped” (quotation marks in his original Tweet), leading to media screams that he prove it. The Times’ own reporting proves that President Trump and his associates were spied on.
The Times, rather than admit Trump had been vindicated, instead focused its attention on the question of who leaked the reports to Nunes:

Huh. Go figure.
This reporter has been informed that Maggie Haberman has had this story about Susan Rice for at least 48 hours, and has chosen to sit on it in an effort to protect the reputation of former President Barack Obama.
Gotta add this from Powerline:
When Donald Trump succeeded Barack Obama as president, they went from a gaggle of slobbering groupies to a pack of baying hyenas. Some people approve of the head-snapping, 180-degree reversal, while others don’t. But everyone knows it happened.I think the description "a gaggle of slobbering groupies" is incredibly kind to the media.

Government Health Care doesn't work
You want proof? Just go to your local county clinic. They still have those, don't they? Public clinics? Yeah?
Go get your healthcare there.
Or just watch Steven Crowder demolish Bernie Sanders' vapid arguments.
Probably just watch the video. You'll be happier.
"OMG DAVE, WHY DO YOU HATE COUNTY CLINICS?!?!"
I don't. I've used them before. And right now, depending on where you live, they look like a bus stop in rural Mexico or Nigeria, and you'll be the only English speaking person there other than the medical staff.
Yeah. Call me racist if you want, but if you've ever used one you'll know I'm telling the truth.

More and more, Vox Day is being proven right
I have a problem when Vox Day says that other people can't come over and effectively become American. I know a lot of immigrants who are more American than some native born people. But when I read crap like this, I pretty much go on board with his plan to just send them all back. Here's the quote that got me steamed:
Owners say they have been accused of betraying their community. Some say they have had to swallow their own qualms about Trump’s contentious immigration policies.
“A lot of people are saying, ‘You’re Latino. How can you build a wall to keep other Latinos out?’
Missing from this discussion: The fact that as legal business owners, they have a responsibility to follow the law and not aid and abet other people in breaking the law.
So if the Latino community in America cares more about people of their tribe rather than in following the law, then I can't really say that they're American. They're not. They're Mexican, or Panamanian, or something else other than a law-abiding American.
So fuck 'em. Luckily, this guy gets it:
Evangelista-Ysasaga, whose grandparents emigrated from Mexico, said he fielded five death threats one morning alone this week from “random people calling into the office and just screaming.”
Every sovereign nation has a duty to defend its borders, he told callers. Unfortunately, he said, a “certain segment” of American Latinos have cast supporters of the border wall as “racist.”
If by "certain segment" he means "majority of Latinos in America", then yes, he's correct. And what infuriates me the most is the fact that the very same people who insist that we have to let anybody cross our southern border are coming from countries where they shoot people trying to cross their southern border.
Go ahead. Check out Mexico's immigration policy. I'd love to adopt Mexico's immigration policy here in America.
Border security work has always been contentious, Anderson said. He recounted Mexicans harassing his workers in profanity-laced Spanish and chucking rocks over a sliver of fencing as they installed lighting. One of his employees donned a bulletproof vest at work every day.
“It was a rough environment, and I expect it to be more charged now than it has been in the history of working along the border,” Anderson said. “Not only are Mexicans infuriated with the United States, but people in the United States are also infuriated.”
Mexicans are infuriated because we want to close and lock the door. Americans are infuriated because we're tired of border-hopping wetbacks breaking our laws and then demanding that they be allowed to come into our country, shit all over the place and be supported by our tax dollars.
Every thief, crook and parasite is infuriated when their honey-pot gets cut off. Too fucking bad. They had no right to it in the first place. Mexico can go piss right the hell off.
Yep once again
You know how much I'd pay to view modern art?
That's a trick question. You have to pay me to view modern art.
Modern art is a bunch of crap. There's very few "artists" in modern art who actually have any real talent. Hell, lots of modern music sucks as well. If the National Endowment for the Arts actually gets pulled, I'll celebrate.
"But Dave, what about community theater and all those types of art!"
I've worked in theater. I've done small and big. The amount of money they got from the NEA couldn't have paid for my services as a percussionist. I know. I saw their books. I did a lot of volunteer work for them, shall we say. If the NEA was supporting local theaters in Lincoln, Nebraska, in their production of "South Pacific", I might be more supportive. But no, it goes to some brainless SJW in Brooklyn who shits in a corner and calls it art.
Let's not even go into the fact that most "modern art" delves into SJW delusions or repressed sexuality as brought forth by drug-addled lesbians. "Oh look, I added a glittery purple dildo to a sculpture of a unicorn! That represents the patriarchy and women's struggle to achieve equality through orgasms!"
No. It represents a lazy lesbian with daddy issues using a dildo to try to shock people and calling it art.
And again, you'd have to pay me to view it. Because it's crap.

White SJW dies at the hand of a black killer.
Dig this name: El Hadji Alpha Madiou Toure. That's the name of a good, honest trustworthy young man right there! Yep!
Call me a racist all you want, but the only time I'm going into an inner city is when I'm carrying a gun and wearing body armor.

HackCoughWheeze
So, I have allergies. I know this. They drove me nuts in LA, with all the pollution. As I was leaving California, part of my joyous celebrating was the fact that I was leaving behind my allergy hell.
And then Virginia said "Hold my beer...."
I did my PT test yesterday, and I was hacking out lung biscuits the entire run. I was passing pools of water where the edges were yellow from all the pollen they'd collected. I got on my bike yesterday, ready to go home, and had to dust off the layer of pollen that had collected on it during the day.
I practically gurgle when I try to talk in the morning. This is getting ridiculous. Some people asked why I want to move back to North Idaho when I retire. Because allergy season is two or three weeks of pine trees blowing pollen in the air, and then it's DONE.

Why I hate working on engines
So I'm changing out the spark plugs on my bike. I get the spark plugs. I go to the store. I find the right spark plug socket that fits on the spark plugs (18 millimeter!) I take everything home, and go to pull the old spark plugs.
The FUCKING SOCKET does not fit into the FUCKING CYLINDER enough for me to FUCKING PULL the FUCKING PLUGS.
This is why I hate working on engines. You can do everything right and shit still won't work out. Oh, and not a single fucking store where I live has any 18mm spark plug sockets. I know. I've wasted time and gasoline checking.
Guess what I'm looking for online now?

A damn good question
Why aren't Republican bills on infrastructure, tax reform, and free speech lined up like airplanes on a runway? Because the GOPe leadership doesn't want reform. They like things the way they are, which is why they were such a shitshow under Obama's administration. Mitch McConnell doesn't want Obamacare to go away. Hell, I'm amazed he stopped Merrick Garland's nomination process, but I think that's because he understood that if he didn't, the GOP would be completely finished before the election.
John Fucking Boehner was the epitome of liberal RINO-hood. He fought against the conservatives in his own party tooth-and-nail, and managed to give Bathhouse Barry Obumblefuck just about everything he wanted. Mitch McConnell did the same in the Senate. And then here comes Paul Ryan, who just a few years before had been Mitten's VP pick, and what's the first thing he does? He gives Bathhouse Barry Obumblefuck everything he wanted with the CRomnibus bill.
And then they sit around wondering how the hell Trump could have ever won the GOP nomination.
All those Republicans out there shrieking in horror over Trump's budget proposal? Hey, guess how many budgets they passed under Bathhouse Barry? ZERO. Actually, let's make that even simpler. Guess how many budgets they created and sent to the White House?
FUCKING ZERO!
Maybe if they had been doing their job in the FIRST FUCKING PLACE instead of licking the sweat off of Bathhouse Barry's taint behind closed doors, having an actual budget proposal handed to them wouldn't have been such a shock.
The House Freedom Caucus shot down RyanCare, or RINOCare, or whatever other epithet you want to call it. Good. That means the HFC actually understands why the fuck they were voted in and who the fuck voted for them. Every other squishy GOPe shitbag who made his fucking paycheck by opposing Obamacare and now can't find the fucking BALLS to actually deep-six the damn thing can take a long walk off a short pier while wearing concrete shoes.
The GOP is proving that as a party, they are incapable of actually keeping the promises that they have repeatedly made over the past eight years. The House Freedom Caucus forced them to actually hold to the values they claim to have, and they're losing their shit about it. Ryan needs to be removed as Speaker; Mitch McConnell needs to be removed as Senate Majority Leader. They are better associated with Bathhouse Barry Obumblefuck than they are with any actual conservative voter. And Trump had better get his shit in one sock and realize that the House Freedom Caucus are not his employees. They're not people he can dictate to. They are the small group who is actually representing their voters instead of the special interest groups that infest Washington D.C. like genital warts, and if he pisses them off he'll be pissing off the people who voted for him once, but won't do so twice.
Nonetheless, the Republican inability to deliver a bill that could get a majority in the GOP-led House is a colossal failure, and pretty much undercuts its entire reason for being. For years the congressional GOP leadership failed to deliver on promises to constituents, and offered the excuse that it couldn’t do anything without control of the White House. Well, they’ve got that, so what’s their excuse now? And where are the bills on infrastructure, on tax reform, on free speech?
The congressional GOP’s failure to deliver on its promises is one of the things that led to the election of President Trump. Now they’re still failing. What comes next?

RyanCare fails
As Ace puts it: Shit Sandwich.
Not only was RyanCare a shit sandwich, the bill's roll-out shows a complete and total lack of any real leadership on the part of Paul Ryan and whoever else decided to throw this shit sandwich together. What a joke. What a pathetic, sad joke.

But Dave, drug use is a victimless crime!
Uh, nope. There's always a victim. Take this story about a 19 year old Alabama girl getting arrested for having sex with a 14 year old boy.
So who's the victim here? The girl, obviously. Her brother as well. The grandparents, although they might be culpable if they're the reason the parents were abusing drugs in the first place. Sometimes it's a pattern, sometimes it's not.
Who else - the boy? Meh. When I was 14, if I had a chance to bang a hot 19 year old I would have jumped on it, both literally and figuratively.
How about the public who now has to support a girl in jail, a child who's mother is in jail (Lord, just how messed up is THAT kid going to be?) and the family of a 14 year old boy who are now grandparents much earlier than they wanted to be?
There are lots of victims from drug use. You can find them littered all over America. This is just one example.
The girl’s grandmother, Peggy Thompson, told the press (via Toronto Sun) that Mekenzie had lived through a difficult childhood, moving from “flea bag motels” to at least one mobile home with parents who abused drugs and who abandoned her to raise her younger brother on her own. Things were looking up when the kids finally went to live with their grandparents.
Thompson said that Mekenzie got a job at a rug plant after graduating high school, but fell apart after her grandfather died. Unable to work due to an injury, Mekenzie sought companionship and fell in love with a “boy who looked a lot older than 14.”
The police chief said it was no excuse for what she did, and that she showed no remorse for her actions. The reason this girl has such a twisted, poor view of relationships is that during her formative years, she didn't have any examples of a good relationship. This poor kid was set up to fail from the get-go, by parents who abused drugs.
So who's the victim here? The girl, obviously. Her brother as well. The grandparents, although they might be culpable if they're the reason the parents were abusing drugs in the first place. Sometimes it's a pattern, sometimes it's not.

The other half
After my little mini-rant the other day, I realized that I made a few of my co-workers look pretty bad. And some of them deserve it. But there's another side of the spectrum: the grizzled old coots just hanging on till retirement.
One of the gents who pops in to my office and snags chocolate out of my candy bowl is a LTC with lots of chest salad. The guy's been there, done that, got the t-shirt. He uses a standing desk because years of going there and doing that has jacked his back up pretty badly. He's got about a year left, and then he's happily going out the door and heading to the house. This guy will never be the "been there for three decades and holding on with his fingernails because he can't do anything else" that you too often see in a USAR unit. He's got it set up so that when it's his time to go, he's gone. Riding a motorcycle. A very nice Dyna-Glide with lots of custom work on it. I've seen it. It's shiny.
The point is that there are still some folks sitting in a TDA unit because they have deployed. Lots. And while they could deploy again if needed, they're sitting at the end of their careers, hoping to not do any more damage to themselves before they hit their 20.
The reason military folks can retire at 20 years Active Federal Service is that there are a lot of troops who can't make it past that.
So while it doesn't make up for the oxygen-stealing Turd, I at least have some good folks that I work with.

I'm not shocked. Not at all
American men are weaker than ever.
They study did find that men and women are now about the same, grip-strength wise. This doesn't shock me at all. You want to know what didn't exist in huge quantities thirty years ago? Computers. Video game consoles in every home at every TV. Boys didn't just sit around and stare at a screen while twiddling their fingers over buttons and toggles and switches. They went outside. The rode bikes. They played stickball. They ran. They swung on bars and jungle gyms and they climbed trees. They made up games and competed in them.
That era is pretty much over, except for those few parents who refuse to allow the electronic games to dominate the day. But those are as rare as those parents who refuse to give their kids a smart phone, aka a crack toy.
And so we're raising up a generation of girly-men, who are just as likely as their wives to need help opening jars and fixing something around the house.
Rather sad, I think
A new study in press at the Journal of Hand Therapy (yes, a real thing) finds that millennial men may have significantly weaker hands and arms than men the same age did 30 years ago.
Researchers measured the grip strength (how strongly you can squeeze something) and pinch strength (how strongly you can pinch something between two fingers) of 237 healthy full-time students aged 20 to 34 at universities in North Carolina. And especially among males, the reduction in strength compared to 30 years ago was striking.

I'm Knackered
Although it looks like I might be getting some new certifications in the up coming months that make me happy - motorcycle stuff.
Getting paid to be around motorcycles is always a good thing in my book.
I see that the Donks are doing their best to paint Judge Gorsuch as a wild-eyed monster. And failing. Mua-hah.
That's all I got today, folks. I'm busy at work with multiple projects that take up most of my time and energy. Not to mention that this particular Command seems to have the largest collection of non-functioning yet still getting paid shitweasels I've seen in a while.
OK, little side rant here.
For those who don't know, not all soldiers get deployed. If you're in an MTOE unit (look it up if you must, it's most of the Army units) you can get deployed. But if you're in a TDA unit, you won't. The Command I'm in, and the downtrace units, are all TDA units.
Now, we've done our level best to recruit people who have already been deployed. Lots of our folks are instructors, and Soldiers take instruction best from people who have actually been there, done that. But keep in mind that these are all reserve units. So much of the people who run the admin/planning/ops side of the house have been there for years. Decades. And there are multiple people who have managed to sit in these units and not do a damn thing. It still amazes me when I see a senior officer or NCO who hasn't been anywhere or done anything. Even if you haven't been over to the current theater of operations, if you've been in the Army for three decades you should have been SOMEWHERE. Bosnia. Panama. Grenada. Hell, Operation Brightstar. We have operations going on all over the globe. Africa. Europe somewhere. Something.
Nope. I'm dealing with one oxygen thief who literally has not been a single place or done a single thing in their entire Army career. They're about to hit their mandatory retirement date. That's age 60, folks. They're MY RANK. And have been for almost as long as I've been in the Army.
Not surprisingly, this particular turd is also a huge problem with their inactivity. Entire programs have gone neglected while they have sat on their ass and cashed their paychecks. I would say that about half my energy is going into fixing all the shit that's been screwed up because this loser was put in charge.
Let me give you an example. One of my people at the lower units was having difficulty with units above them. They couldn't get a response from any level. I was still new in my position, and I'm in their technical chain if not their actual chain of command, so I help them out as much as I can, but ask them "Why didn't you ask so-and-so at your higher unit?"
They didn't even know the Turd existed. The Turd has occupied that position for six years, and the people the Turd is responsible for didn't even know they were there.
Folks, when I get into a new position, the first thing I do is find out where my people are and make damn sure they know who the hell I am. This Turd didn't even bother contacting their personnel in SIX FUCKING YEARS.
I can't get into too many details, for obvious reasons. But I'm working my hardest to get them moved out of their position. Thing is, I don't have any direct authority over their position, otherwise they would have been gone six months ago. So I have to do dope deals, work the networks, etc. When they finally sail off into the sunset, I'll be a happy man.
Anyways, off to bed.

Today was not a bad day
But for some reason, I still want to hunt some folks down and beat them with an axe handle until I feel better.
Not a shocker
Tammy Baldwin, radical Leftist nutjob Congresscritter from Wisconsin, knew about the problems at the Tomah VA and did nothing about them.
The VA is essentially a front group for the Democrats so that they can claim that they care about military veterans.

I have triggered the Twitter hate mob
And it makes me giggle.
Also, calling a Leftist a #FakeAmerican on twitter will result in full melt-downs. So it is written, and so have I seen.

Ragin' Dave's Quote of the Day, Legal Breakdown Edition
ON the Proggie Activist Judges re-writing law out of whole cloth in order to serve their Leftist Masters:
There is no way to pretend that what these courts are doing is in any way compatible with democracy, law, tradition, history, or even Western Civilization. What we are witnessing is a literal breakdown of civil society and a descent into structural lawlessness. This has been a long time in the making, but it is becoming increasingly impossible to even pretend that there is a coherent or meaningful legal structure of any kind in the United States.
The Left has done their best to destroy the rule of law for decades. What they're doing under President Trump is dropping a nuclear bomb on the entire concept of the Rule of Law. What this Leftist Activist Judge in Hawaii has done is essentially say "The Law is whatever I say it is based on my FEELZ."
“The Hawaii judge’s decision says he has a First Amendment constitutional right to do so because he’s Muslim. It was one of the most extraordinary interpretations of the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment ever given, which is that because these are Muslim countries that were banned where the issue of terror arises from that that meant they had a special right to access the country and visit the country,” he said.
“As long as there is somebody here that wants them here, no president can ever preclude them from coming here. He basically gave First Amendment rights to everybody around the world and gave special preferences to people who are Muslim under his interpretation of the First Amendment,” Barnes summarized.
This isn't just bad law, this is extraordinarily bad law that will help destroy the entire Rule of Law as we know it. This judge doesn't just deserve to be disbarred, he deserves to be thrown in jail. That's how bad this ruling is. This ruling completely ignores the Rule of Law and instead creates new law based on Marxist, globalist bullshit.
This is how your Leftist masters want you to live. Where they can control the rules of the game and change them at a whim.
Saint Patrick's Day
So here's my particular little bit of aggravation: It's Lent. I'm Catholic. We can't eat meat on Fridays.
Yeah. So much for the corned beef. Although since Ireland happens to be an ISLAND, they have quite a few good seafood recipes. So we're going with that.
Have some music.
And here's a song I've posted time and time again, and it never gets old.

By their works you shall know them
So by now you should all know that the paid protesters who were camping out to try to stop the Dakota Access Pipeline left a lot of trash behind. Like, tons of trash. Literally tons and tons of trash.
Apparently, they also left behind dogs. They just abandoned them and walked away.
This is the sort of thing that makes my vision go red. It's bad enough that you're lying about why you're there. It's bad enough that you're collecting a paycheck in order to prevent American jobs and American energy from flowing. But then, oh great environmental activist, you leave shit and trash all over the area you claim to care about, and you leave behind animals who were only brought out there because of YOU!
It takes a special, soul-less kind of parasite to trash a site AND abandon helpless animals.
Apparently, they also left behind dogs. They just abandoned them and walked away.
A Florida company hired by the Standing Rock Sioux tribe to clean up the remains of the Dakota Access Pipeline protest says they’ve finally finished hauling away all the garbage left at the temporary camp—and it filled 835 Dumpsters at a cost of $1.1 million.
They also found four more dogs, bringing the grand total of abandoned animals rescued from the camps to 12.

The Little Darlings need their nappy-time!
Only they're doing it about fifteen years later than I did it.
Southern Illinois University will soon host a month-long series of “nap-ins” to help guide students on their “internal journey to diversity.”
According to The Daily Egyptian, the Illinois college will offer four two-hour napping sessions for interested students who would like to “internally generate” “dreams of diversity.”According to your humble host, that literally makes them toddlers who are throwing their money away in "college".
“The nap-ins are part of the internal journey to diversity. All dreams start while sleeping,” explained Marissa Amposta, student coordinator of the event, noting that her nap-ins will take place in the rotunda of the campus library, and that students will be able to share their dreams on a fabric scroll displayed nearby.
Meanwhile, the team has set up a labyrinth of sorts surrounding the fabric scroll in a metaphorical ploy to “help guide students to their dreams,” Amposta explained. At this point, short of having a degree that's actually focused on a specific job or field, such as the hard sciences or an MDiv or something of that nature, a fancy sheepskin that ends in "Arts" or "Studies" disincentives people who are hiring. "Oh, great, you have a degree in Liberal Arts with a minor in Foreign Film Studies. Are you sure you can handle the fry cooker? Ooops, wait, that's being done by a robot now. Sorry pal, we don't need you."

Snow Nope
Lots of wind and freezing rain here last night, but no snow. However, there were so many accidents on the roads that the radio guys were having a hard time trying to keep up with the blockages and closures and what not.
Dudes. It's winter. It's an annual event. C'mon now, get with it!

Yep
If Leftists didn't have double standards, they wouldn't have any standards at all. Watching Leftists get all "stumpy and stammery", as Ace puts it:
It's Pi day
March 14th. 3/14. 3.14. Pi. Which means that I have to eat some pie today. Somewhere. Somehow. I think I can power through it.

They can get the fuck out
Diverse school with lots of refugee families upset when students from another school wear red, white and blue.
Hey, here's a thought - maybe if these refugee families don't like Americans expressing their pride in being American, they can go back to whatever fucking shithole they fled from!
Oh, I don't know, maybe they were thinking THIS!
Or maybe they were thinking about how awesome this country is to take in flaming shitloads of 7th century goat-fucking pedophiles who then turn around and get all pissy when people wear the colors of the country that saved them!
I'm sick and tired of this kind of bullshit. If you don't like people wearing Red White and Blue, don't come to America. If you don't like patriotic Americans, get the fuck out of America. If you want to whine about high school kids being patriotic, go somewhere else and enjoy the "diverse" culture that's forcing hundreds of thousands of people to flee that country before they get raped, beated, and then tortured to death.
Good God, I can't even believe this happened.
But the patriotic garb worn by some Valley High School students on Wednesday upset students at Des Moines North High School, which is described as being more diverse and full of refugee families.
Hey, here's a thought - maybe if these refugee families don't like Americans expressing their pride in being American, they can go back to whatever fucking shithole they fled from!
“Any normal person, any educated person can look at that and think, ‘What the hell are these kids thinking?’” North High School assistant coach Morgan Wheat told WHOTV.com.
Oh, I don't know, maybe they were thinking THIS!

The Burning Platform
I'm just going to throw this up here while I'm thinking about it: What The Hell Is Going On?
It's three long posts about the modern state of America, complete with the graphics of doom. We might not have blown our brains out with Hillary Clinton, but we're still a long, long way from fixing this country.
