Seems the intartubes are all abuzz with news that I've been missing out on. Ah well. Sometimes I feel as if my head is going to pop with all the information I try to cram into it. So, this post is just going to be a linky love dealio. In the meantime, I'm clearing post and trying to get a whole lot of things taken care of.
Kim du Toit has news of yet another universal health care success story. As an aside, I've seen MRSA close up. It's not pleasant at all.
BabyTrollBlog's Mark Alger has his first installment of his refute of Anthropogenic Global Warming. You can say it's a bit long, Mark. But I can't wait for part two. (And three!)
Drumwaster has a list of quotes from US Army Soldiers (and other figures) that he posted for the US Army Birthday. He also has a post up titled "Frog in a Pot of Water" that ties in with Kevin Baker's "Pressing the Reset Button II" Good stuff.
If you haven't seen it yet, Walter Williams has a piece up about all the end-of-the-world predictions that have come out of the eco-freak's camp ever since it was started. Just remember, if we had listened to them back then, the world would be a much worse place.
Joe Huffman has a humorous story about a shooting match he put on for the Pink Pistols. There's also a lesson in there as well.
When trying to claim that America is a horrible imperialist country, and some other country is a socialist haven of wonderful peace and tranquility, there's still one question that you have to ask: WHICH WAY ARE THE RAFTS GOING?
It's looking like charges against Marine LTC Chessani stemming from the Haditha incident are going to be dropped. How many Marines have been exonerated now? And how long has it been since that scumbag Murtha went on national TV and slandered them? He has still never apologized.
Obama's ties to Chicago politics. Me personally, I think that any politician who comes out of Chicago is so crooked that they need to be presumed guilty. Obama is not proving me wrong.
There we go - some links to start your day. And now I've got to start my day.
