I'm reminded of the old gag about the young entrepreneur who decided it was time to make his fortune. He put up a folding table on the corner and equipped it with a pitcher of lemonade, some paper cups, and a large sign that said: "Lemonade, $5,000,000," and waited for customers. A well-meaning passer-by asked him how much lemonade he expected to sell at that price. The boy shrugged and said "I only have to sell one glass."
