And all I can say is I can't even try to guess the cocktail of drugs they injected Drooling Joe with, because that "speech" was a trainwreck crashing into a dumpster fire and sliding into a pool of sewage. I didn't know you could shout and mumble at the same time. Drooling Joe was slurring, shouting, whispering and barking but you could only understand about 50% of what he said.
The man is a pathetic embarrassment to this country, and he's clearly unfit to be anywhere in D.C.
