Well, at least I know where I can tell all the crackheads around here to go. I suspect they'll be enjoying the consequences of their actions sooner rather than later.

Would you encourage people to drink a fifth of whiskey a day? If not, then why would you encourage people to become intoxicated on any other drug every single day?
What the hell, it's Oregon. That state is headed for a break-up soon enough. Portland is going straight on insane, and the rest of the state is not happy.
