We got a gully-washer kicking off right now. I wonder if it'll keep the pollen down for a bit.
When I say "gully-washer", I mean the drainage ditch in front of our house, which is about 18 inches by 30 inches, is full, and more is coming in. That ought to be interesting tomorrow morning, checking to see what roadways have been moved a tad.

In Hampton roads we had a good deal of rain yesterday. More thunder storms forecast are for tonight and on into Monday. But on the bright side, the azalea's are starting to bloom and the Iris's are close behind them and my grass in an emerald green.
Still with us, NS Norfolk- Tornado Watch #73 has been issued for a large portion of NE NC and SE VA which includes NAVSTA Norfolk. This watch is in effect until 7 a m. A Tornado Watch means that conditions are favorable for a tornado to form in the watch area
Batten down the hatches!
This isa been an odd year for weather. Stay safe, and avoid the stupid people on the roads who are rushing out to buy water and milk.
