When someone is this ignorant, I don't know how they can be an expert on ANYTHING. The fact that this quote made it into print:

Wow. Just wow. Nowhere in America is it legal to buy or sell live hand grenades. Nowhere in America is it legal to buy or sell RPG's. AK-47's? Yes, semi-auto. Ooooo, the dreaded "cop-killer" guns! That would be....... what, exactly? A deer rifle?

What a load of crap. And yet this load of crap made it into FOREIGN POLICY MAGAZINE????
