When the Law becomes Tyranny, Resistance becomes Duty

A guy married a woman who lied to him, and who was already married to another man.  Now he has to pay her "spousal support" of $3,000 a month.

And the judge who signed off on this needs to be tarred and feathered.

The couple was married in August 2017 and divorced two months later, in October. The final divorce settlement, according to KTRK, required Athans to pay his ex $3,000 a month in spousal support. He told the outlet that “the appeals process would take up to two years, which is going to be $70 to $80,000." 

Meanwhile, his ex has been criminally charged with bigamy and appears to have been married to at least one other man while she was married to Athans. KTRK reported that court records show Parchem has been married three times before she was married to Athans, but only divorced once.

I don't know how long they dated prior to getting hitched, but that shouldn't matter.  The judge refused to allow his guy to even bring up the bigamy during the divorce proceedings. 

You can file this under "Guy lets little head rule big head", but the biggest takeaway for guys here is "DON'T GET MARRIED BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING."

The Obama Justice Department prosecuted U.S. Navy veteran Joe Robertson for digging ponds on his Montana property to fight forest fires, resulting in the then-78-year-old going to federal prison for 18 months starting in 2016 and being fined $130,000, The Daily Signal reported. 

The 9th U.S. Circuit of Appeals affirmed the ruling the following year, including the jail time and a requirement that the $130,000 be deducted from Robertson’s Social Security checks.

They punished him for releasing dredge into "navigable waters".  He was digging pits to hold water for fire-fighting trucks because he lives in the woods, far away from any river that you can navigate.

The 9th Circuit, in its decision, said, “In the process of creating these ponds, Robertson discharged dredged and fill material into the surrounding wetlands and an adjacent tributary, which flows to Cataract Creek. Cataract Creek is a tributary of the Boulder River, which in turn is a tributary of the Jefferson River — a traditionally navigable water of the United States.”

At this point, the 9th Circus is stretching so hard to make their case that I'm amazed they don't snap in half.  But this is the San Francisco representative court, so I'm certain they find themselves in all kinds of odd positions. 

If the 9th Circus issues a ruling that allows a crack-head to walk free, and that crack-head buys some crack from his dealer, and his dealer shoots a rival, is the 9th Circus now held liable for the death of the drug-dealer's rival?  Why not?  How many layers of separation are required for those black-robed fucktards, as opposed to us Normal Americans?

You want a shooting war?  Idiotic bullshit like this that ruins Normal Americans is how you get a shooting war.  I guarantee you that nobody in that man's family will ever trust the US Government again.  And sadly, they have no reason to do so.

I'd say it's time for New Mexico to look real hard at their judges

Prosecutors:  "So, we have these islamic males training kids to shoot up schools while also killing at least one of them through sheer neglect, in a excrement-filled compound.  We want them held without bail until the trial."

Her Honor, Judge Kooky Nuttzo the Wild-Eyed:  Nah.  Let 'em go.  They'll totally return on their own.

The children discovered at an “extremist Muslim” compound in New Mexico earlier this month were both trained to use firearms and taught multiple tactical techniques in order to kill teachers, law enforcement and other institutions they found corrupt, state prosecutors revealed on Monday. 

The prosecutors provided more details about the accusations during a court hearing in which they asked that Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and four other defendants be held pending trial on child abuse charges. 

But the judge in the case ruled against prosecutors’ request.  

Judge Sarah Backus said although she was concerned by "troubling facts," prosecutors failed to articulate any specific threats to the community. 

She set a $20,000 bond for each defendant and ordered that they wear ankle monitors and have weekly contact with their attorneys.

Seriously, I got nothing.  I don't know what to say in the face of such abject stupidity and willful blindness.
