Got to bed late last night, woke up late, and I'm avoiding politics today. Taking the dogs to the dog park is the most I'll be driving. Ain't gonna go out, because it's still a shopping frenzy and quite frankly I don't want to be in the middle of that.
Oh, and gonna smoke up the last of the andouille. We did chicken and pork bones yesterday. The bones are currently being pressure-cooked into a broth that I'll can up later. I use it to make soups, stews, rice, anything that needs some good flavor.
So maybe it's not too lazy a day, but not up to my normal standard. Meh. I'll live.
