It's not so much my chili I have to worry about
But my hot Italian sausage will sneak up on you, right up to the time where you sit on a toilet the next morning and realize you should have installed seat belts.
You might consider a fire control system. Getting the holes through the ceramic at the right angles and spacing might be a challenge but it looks like a shot of CO2 could be a good thing.
Justin - we've got a bidet. A good spray of water helps cool things off.
Adrienne - we don't case our hot Italian, since we tend to use it in sauces and other dishes that require it to be loose. We do case up just about everything else.

Excited for the summer "button up outside work" to be done so I can make some Italian sausage. I love squeezing it into casings - so sensual. ;-)
