to rent, anyways. The least gets signed on Monday if all goes well. But DAMN there's a lot of work to do before we can live in it. We managed to negotiate the rent down a considerable amount because of that fact. Of course, that leaves the Ragin' Mrs. and I up to our eyeballs in house repair the moment we sign for it, but it'll be worth it. The house is huge, all wooden floors (a plus for an allergy sufferer like my dear wife) and flat out beautiful. Some of the wood work makes me just drool. The damage done to that wood work makes me cry, but that's why I'm going to be repairing it.
So if all goes well, I should have a house with internet access sometime around the 11th. WOO HOO!
