Dump run

The sheer amount of boxes and paper that I have to get rid of boggles the mind.  That's on top of other things that need to be done.  Set up a couple of steel cabinets for my mom yesterday, right before sitting at the table at the farmer's market for our local grange hall.  And that's in between doing all the stuff for the house that needs doing.

I thought I was retired, man.  It sure doesn't feel like it.

Tol’ ya….. I’ve worked harder since I retired than I ever did while in….

Just wait until I get another job. I might go down to one line of blogging per week.

Dave, I have been fully retired for 4 years now and I have been busier than ever. The difference now is I get to choose what I do - not the boss!

You will find that some days you don't want to do shit and that is fine. Other days you cannot get enough completed. I have learned to pace myself and due to living in Florida only do outside work in the morning or evening. I have an air conditioned shop I do woodwork in and another a/c room to draw and paint.

Home projects take up a lot of time but, like I said if I don't feel like doing shit I don't. My dear wife does not push (well not all the time) and I do my best to deliver what she asks and we work well together. Life is good my friend and I think you will grow to love it. All the best to you and your dear wife.
