Earlier this week, California legislators passed a law that, if signed by Governor Gavin Newsom, would end automatic sex-offender registry rules for some adults who commit sex acts with minors. Proponents of this insane bill claim it will end “discrimination against LGBTQ young people on the sex offender registry.”
I know that there are people in California who don't actually want to have sex with young kids. But they seem to be in the minority.
