We made 20 pounds of sausage today

So yeah, been a bit busy.  Bratwurst, Sweet Italian, Kielbasa and a beef sausage that we're experimenting with.  The beef sausage came out awesome, if I may say so myself.  The key is hot paprika.

Yesterday was a whole lot of cleaning, shopping and getting rid of things.  It's been a busy weekend.  Also got a sourdough starter started, so hopefully by next weekend I can make some sourdough bread.

I'm making a tool bag for my motorcycle.  I've dyed the leather black and green, although the green is so dark you won't be able to tell the difference unless it's in bright light.  Still got a ways to go on that.

I enjoy home things.
