McCain just took California, perhaps the most liberal state in the country.

All "Blue States" during the 2004 Presidential election.

Now, does this mean that he's a good candidate for "across the aisle" dialogue because of his universal appeal, or does it show the appeal this "conservative" candidate has in traditionally liberal states? Given how well he did in the "Red" states, me I'm thinking the latter.
