The FBI is not a law enforcement or investigative division of the U.S. Department of Justice. The FBI is a political weapon of a larger institution that is now focused almost entirely toward supporting a radical communist agenda to destroy civil society in the United States.
He goes on to list the malfeasance of the FBI. The FBI cannot stop jihad attacks in America, but they surely do seem to be helping the jihadis do their thing. The list of failures of the FBI is longer than what he can provide, but he hits the highlights (lowlights?) of the past few decades.
The FBI needs to be burned to the ground.
