Corporations realize that the regime holds the purse (contracts/grants) and the power of selective regulatory enforcement through IRS/OSHA/ etc. Overt government action is irrelevant. The "managerial elite" that runs the "private" sector are totally controlled by the regime. The fight has just started.
I'm willing to go back to small companies that don't work for the FedGov. Let the corporations fail as they slowly lose employees, either from death or from people refusing to get jabbed.
