Yard mowed, ribs in the smoker

Just did a simple spice mix - salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, cayenne, and then mixed it with maple syrup so it was a paste; rubbed that all over the ribs.  Using applewood to smoke them.

Next up - bottling the three gallon batch of cider I have ready to go.

Busy day today.
