It's the Indiana State Capitol shot at night from the War Memorial. The entire thing was actually beautiful, and I wish I had better photographs of it. I'll post what I do have tomorrow if I can find the time. If you want to download this it's 4.7 MB.

A short trip (less than 1 hour) down highway 37, just north of Bloomington
I was only there for a day and a half. I shot that photo while I was out enjoying a cigar. I hope I get to go back, but we'll see what happens.
