The Johanns Amendment Passes the Senate.
Of course, it hasn't passed the house, and it might not even make it through the House depending on how many ACORN apologists there are, but this is a good beginning. And let's face it, even if it gets shut down in the house, we'll have a voting record of everyone who is in league with the corrupt criminal enterprise.
