So the new judge that Obama picked to fill Souter's position....

What can I say about her? Well, I want you to look at this statement:

As Judge Smith explained in a 2002 speech at Berkeley, he believes it is appropriate for a judge to consider their “experiences as white men” in their decisionmaking, which he believes should “affect our decisions.”

Now you tell me if that statement was read at any liberal college (redundancy alert) there wouldn't be a shitstorm of epic proportions. But if a woman of any skin color says:

As Judge Sotomayor explained in a 2002 speech at Berkeley, she believes it is appropriate for a judge to consider their “experiences as women and people of color” in their decisionmaking, which she believes should “affect our decisions.”

Suddenly it's alright. Because only whites can be racist.

If this racist bint gets seated, it'll be one of the more disgusting events to ever take place in that body.
