No more blogging for me today. I've got some friends coming over later. I have three racks of ribs, and two chickens. I have a smoker/grill combo out back that those ribs and chickens will be sitting on. And I have a pile of apple wood that I'm going to be using to smoke those ribs and chickens.
I think four hours will work for the ribs. Maybe three for the chickens. Especially if I shove a can of beer up their wazoo before I throw 'em in the smoker.
I'll need more beer.
