The Bush Ads

The Donks are howling again, this time over the TV ads that President Bush has running. Some pictures of the September 11th aftermath are shown, and as usual, Leftists are screaming about it.

Analog Kid has a post up that says we should show MORE of those pictures. And you know what? I agree with him.

Head on over and look at the last picture in that post. Look at it for a gooooooooood long time. Kerry has already stated that we shouldn't be at war, we should be looking at the terrorist threat as more of a law-enforcement issue.

A Law Enforcement Issue.

Tell me, Mr. John Fonda Kerry, what do you tell the family of that man? The man who had a terrible choice to make; either suffocate and burn to death in the smoke and flames that were engulfing his section of the building, or jump to a mercifully quick death from over one-hundred stories above the ground. "Oh, we're sorry that we couldn't scrape enough of your loved one off the pavement to fit in a shoe box, but we'll have those darn terrorists in jail real soon!" Yeah, I'm sure that will make them feel better! That'll solve the problem!

We had EIGHT YEARS of a president who treated terrorism as a "law enforcement" problem, and where did it get us? 3,000 dead, billions of dollars lost, and a gaping wound in the middle of New York City.

This election, while having many different themes and issues intertwined in it, will be known for one thing: Do we finally get real about terrorism, or do we go back into our September 10th hole and pretend that it'll all go away?

Kerry wants to pretend it never happened. Bush wants to deal with the problem head on. Who do YOU want running the country?
