More linky love....

Because there is a lot out there that I think people should see.

Lee at Right Thinking brings us the story of another socialized health care success story.

A GRAN made fake blood with crumbled biscuits and cranberry juice to trick her way into hospital for an operation.

Trizka Litton, 62, had waited in agony for seven months for surgery to cure a hernia

She told ambulancemen she had vomited blood and was taken to Walgrave Hospital, Coventry.

Trizka threw away the blood in a trash bin before it could be tested.

But after she was examined she was given a bed — and taken into theatre the following day for an emergency op.

Trizka, 62 — now fully recovered — said: “I carried a heavy burden of guilt and shame at being forced to cheat and lie.

“But it vanished when doctors told me just how near death I had been.
.

Scary stuff. And this is what the Donks want to put into place in this country.

Dean Esmay has the goods on the Denial Of Service (DOS) attack that hit Hosting Matters, home to Instapundit. It's amazing that when the right disagrees with someone, we argue and try to prove them wrong. When the Left disagrees with someone, they try to shut them up. Who wants free speech again?

A guest commenter at NRO says that there has been a massive shift in Canadian politics that has gone un-noticed by the USA. One that could be very beneficial to Conservatives in both countries. All NRO pieces are good fountains of information, especially Victor David Hanson and Larry Kudlow. I could learn more by reading those two than by going to the local university.

Townhall.com has the Top Ten Myths about Canadian Healthcare, as well as an interesting round-up by John McCaislin that includes flu shots, handshakes, and commentary from Dr. Bob Arnot.

Dr. Arnot said contrary to reports, U.S. military morale remains very high in Iraq, adding that the majority of Iraqi citizens he interviewed are happy to be rid of Saddam Hussein. His views reflect a recent Gallup poll finding that nearly two-thirds (62 percent) of Baghdad's 6.3 million citizens think ousting Saddam "was worth any hardships they have personally endured since the invasion."

And last but certainly not least, Brain Terminal has an aborted video of a "palestinian" solidarity rally.

Even before the first speaker addressed the rally, people walked among the attendees, once again pointing us out as "Zionists". One protester came up to the camera and started blocking it with his sign. When I moved the camera several feet away, and the protester followed and again obstructed the view. I moved again, and he followed again. I tried raising the camera above the sign, but he just raised his sign.
....
Alexis and Tim also had cameras and were able to snap some stills and shoot few seconds of video. But they, too, were set upon by protesters. When they tried to use their cameras, protesters would put signs in the way. They dodged and weaved like basketball players, but at each turn, they were stopped. One protester with a masked face lunged at Alexis, threatening to break her camera and telling her, "I'm gonna kick your fucking ass." She was also hit by signs.

Ramallah delenda Est!
