Thoughts didn't go where I wanted them to. Hell, I don't know if I could even fake it today.
So I said "Fuck it" and hit delete.
Now, music!
My wife can't stand Linus and Lucy, or any kind of jazz piano for that matter. Me, I can't get enough of it.

I love music that segues like that. Back during MY war, 'Nam, we had a tail gunner on the crew, "Fiddlin" Bill Moore, who had been a sideman for Porter Waggoner (back when Dolly Parton was new talent), got bored with the road life and re-enlisted. He didn't take his fiddle with him, but the rest of the crew pungled up and bought him one at a flea market in Naha, Okinawa.
After a while pulling on a bottle of Beam (the Gunner's Whiskey), he started in with a beautiful Beethoven violin concerto, , and just as we were starting to appreciate our drinks and the atmosphere of our crew dormitory, he segued into "Cripple Creek", which brought a huge crowd to our end of the building. Many bomber crews violated the crew-rest curfew that night.
Loved em' both! As a kid I always waited for "the Snoopy song" (yeah thats what I called it) played by "Linus" at some time during the Peanuts tv special.
Great music.... thanks for the memories!
