The more I read and learn, the more I realize nothing is new

This is dated a little over a year ago on Hot Aire. If it had not specifically mentioned Bush I would have sworn it was the current administration.

The plan is called “The Merida Initiative.” Seems that the White House has had this plan in the works for nearly a year with little congressional input on either side of the border.
