Boat day here, tomorrow. I'll be going to Lake Charles, LA, to pick up a Wellcraft 33' Express Cruiser, and pilot it back to Galveston Bay for it's new owner.
Ought to be about a 12 or 13 hour run in the Intercoastal Waterway. Or, about six cigars worth.
I'm just going to run at about 12 knots. Economize. Her 34 kt. top speed would absolutely destroy the fuel budget!
