Actually, it needs a few tweaks before it's ready to go. Flavor is OK, salt is there, smoke is awesome, but a lot of the spices I put in there just got lost. So we need to dial back on a few things, change an ingredient, and give it another try.
No pictures. Maybe next time, when it's perfect.

Yep, but I'm thinking welding once I get out of the service. Some technical skill, since the Ragin' Mrs. already has a culinary degree.
