I want to go put dish soap all over his windshield. The jackass. Cali has pretty much been what I've expected, with a few pleasant surprises. We'll see what the next few days bring.
And dish soap all over his windshield doesn't actually harm anything, but it's a pain in the ass to clear off when you're starting out the morning and need to get to work. Heheheheh.

Here in OR, that's not enforceable, and the tow company will eat the cost if the lot tows you.
