Pop pop, fizz fizz

Tried one of the apple ciders we bottled up last week - it's carbonated.  Happy happy joy joy!  Passed some out to the neighbors in celebration.

Got two batches we're working on today, plus a three gallon batch of mead to bottle up.  That'll require about six months of resting before it's ready to drink, but it's already got a great flavor to it.  Just rather harsh, as all young alcohol tends to be.  Gotta let it age!
