    As a disabled vet, this infuriated me. Until I started looking into it. It is merely a suggestion by the CBO (which has no executive or legislative authority and exists solely to make suggestions). The Secretary of the VA has denied he is asking, or will ever ask, for anything even remotely close to this, and no member of either Chamber of Congress has even mentioned such a thing out loud.

    I think we're safe for the time being.
