And too many Americans don't know how to cook proper food.
I came upon this one tweet from an American guy who just traveled to Europe for a vacation. While he was there, he lost weight and felt great. The moment he came back home to the US, he got sick feeling. Why?
Most American food is crap, plain and simple. Fucking soy is in EVERYTHING. So is corn syrup, which your body can't really digest. Sugar in multiple forms. Everything is way too sweet. Seed oils like Canola, Safflower, all those expeller pressed tubs of poison that we pour into everything. Shortening, also known as cottonseed oil that's been hydrogenated. That shit does straight into your arteries and stays there.
90% of fast food has all the horrible shit in it. Fried foods using seed oils instead of beef tallow as God intended. Processed to hell and gone until it doesn't resemble anything natural.
And then if we're not eating out, what do Americans do? Grab boxes and bags of processed food and make that shit at home. Have you looked at the ingredients in that crap? You can't pronounce half of them without a degree in chemistry.
And the sad fact is that you can make much healthier food from scratch if you just spend five more minutes. Even mac and cheese. I love making that from scratch. It's not difficult.
So yeah. American food is crap, unless you're being VERY selective about what you get and you make it yourself.
Why do you think this has been happening? It is cheaper to provide "nutrition" in the form of a chemical lab ingredients. And of course they will make a buck no matter what. They take out all the "real" nutrition and to make it palatable they add more poison to pull the wool over our eyes.
ReplyDeleteWe are only beginning to realize this. Do you think putting poison in the food chain and destroying our children's psyche with gender studies and other vile crap is accidental? HELL NO it is not! This is all part of a "grand plan" of evil.
Remember that ol Nikita Kruschev himself admitted that the west would never accept communism all at once. No, a little bit at a time and before long you have communism. Insidious bastards have been at it for decades. The coup-de-gras is on our doorstep. Will the "land of the free" see that before it is too late?
But, I digress......sheeple will be sheeple.
I discovered a lot of that some years ago. Sticking to lean meats and fresh vegetables -- very few starches -- helps to mitigate the problems.
ReplyDeleteI had a Command Sergeant Major in Mississippi who had to cut wheat out of his diet totally. Every bit of it. He didn't have a gluten issue per se, but it would make him bloat and just wreak havoc on his system. I found out later that many wheat growers will spay their fields with RoundUp before they harvest. They'll let it sit for two days and then cut the wheat. Which means that you're not just getting wheat in your flour, you're getting ROUNDUP in your flour. And the FDA says this is OK.
