I'm off to go help a friend make sausage.

 Gonna be busy for a bit.  But I figure I'll have about 20# of sausage to smoke on Sunday.  Maybe have a rant tonight.  Lord knows I have more than one brewing.


UPDATE:  55 pounds of venison, turned into sausage.  I've got a bunch in my freezer right now, and I've got 20 pounds that'll get smoked on Sunday.  I'll be eating well.
