Granted, were I to give advice to the high skrewl kids, it would be this:  If your chosen study field ends in "studies" or "arts", don't even bother going to college.  Get a real skill, and study those other things in your free time while you're making money.  Don't saddle yourself with a six-figure piece of fancy parchment that you can hang on your wall but means absolutely nothing outside of the university grounds.
