I've moved from Florida, started working at a brewery, and otherwise been majorly busy. Now I'm finally starting to settle into the new area, and beginning to look for a permanent residence. Other than that, all is good. How about you?
The industry is great, the job not so much. But yeah, beer is good. And bills suck here, too. This is my first state-to-state move in years, and it is amazing how much that'll set you back. But I'm getting back into the swing of things. I'll be around more often. I'm glad to see the blog still running.

Yep. Fresh ginger and oranges. For the sugar we used a mix of granulated, brown sugar, and molasses.
