Yes, they are that stupid and corrupt

They can't even bother to name a bill before they vote for it.  No, I'm being serious.  I think that any Congresscriminal who voted for "The ______ Act of _______" should spend a year in jail.  At the very least, they wouldn't be able to vote for any un-named bills, and maybe we wouldn't have so much stupid shit happening in this country.
