SEC no longer has to abide by FOIA

Yes, really.  And the more you read of the story, the more upset you're going to get.

Under a little-noticed provision of the recently passed financial-reform legislation, the Securities and Exchange Commission no longer has to comply with virtually all requests for information releases from the public, including those filed under the Freedom of Information Act.

Have you noticed that every piece of legislation that's been passed by the anti-Constitutional rat bastards in Congress makes it easier for them to continue being a bunch of traitorous crooks?
