The Ragin' Mrs. and I (well, mostly the Mrs.) are cooking a feast today for about 80 people. She's going to be the kitchen Goddess, and I'll be manning the grill.

I've got 12 pork roasts and 12 chickens to grill. The pork is already seasoned with our spice rub, and I've got a mix of applewood and black walunt that I'll be using to smoke it. I figure that a six-hour smoke will make the meat just fall apart.
So once again, I'm going to be busy today.
