C'mon, Fred!

Seems like Iowa voters have finally figured out who Fred Thompson is, and they like what they're seeing.

As for me, what I find truly appealing is the fact that Thompson, while wanting to become President, has not made it his entire existence. His life will not end if he doesn't become President. Compare that to damn near every other candidate, who's sole reason for living seems to be politics. And that's a knock on both parties, not just the Dem Cong.

Thompson's identity is not defined by any political seat he may hold. And that, my friends, it worth supporting.
