The Pope is dead

And the anti-pope holds the chair.  Brace yourselves.

Steel yourselves. The removal of the Restrainer in 2 Thessalonians 2 before the final advent of the Antichrist, whom Antipope Bergoglio has been and will no doubt continue preparing the way for, seems to be happening. The Pope qua Pope, Peter as the Vicar of Christ on Earth and visible head of the Church on Earth, is, for now, removed.

We have no idea how the Divine Providence will play out, but we do know with perfect confidence how the story ends, and who triumphs. And so, as we mourn the death of Pope Benedict XVI Ratzinger, and we gaze upon the See of Peter, vacant for the first time since April ARSH 2005, we can truly say and mean:

This is the LORD’S doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes.

Couple of tabs I've had open for a while

And they tie together:  The Pentagon's Leadership Failure, and Woke and Broke US Army is now accepting recruits that it wouldn't touch a few years ago.

Let’s sum up the state of America’s military brass with one appalling comparison between how the admirals, generals, and civilian leaders chose to treat two different service members. One is a young naval officer, Lieutenant Ridge Alkonis, a family man who fell unconscious due to a medical condition while driving and accidentally killed two people in a tragic crash and was railroaded into a Japanese prison for three years. The other one is a creepy pervert who was an Army full colonel who put on puppy sex gear – yeah, that’s a thing – over his uniform in social media pics, and who maintained a litter of similarly bizarre subordinate soldiers/degenerate weirdos.

Now, which one of these do you think our current military leadership is still paying?

You get a medal if you guessed Colonel Kink. Or a Milkbone, as the case may be.

The military's leadership has signaled for years who and what they were and what they wanted to do to the military.  Mark fucking Milley should have been tossed out on his ass when he put a racist diatribe on the recommended reading list and said he wanted to understand "White Rage".

Really?  You want to understand "White Rage"?  Here, let me break it down for you.  White Rage is what happens when one of the strongest, most trusted institutions in America gets turned into a woke social-justice experiment by corrupt piece of shit cocksucking politicians like Mark fucking Milley.

The woke "anti-domestic-radical" training that happened with Drooling Joe came in?  That was backed and supported by the military's so-called "leadership".  The fucking jab mandate?  Lloyd Austin, that fucking piece of talking shit, STILL thinks the jabs are needed.  I don't know how fucking retarded you can be, but Lloyd Austin constantly sinks to new lows in the retardation department.  But he's just another ass-kissing political worm and has been his entire career.  That's how he got his job.  Expecting Lloyd Austin to actually give a fuck about the troops is asking a pig to fly.  And that only happens with a sufficient amount of C4, which coincidently is exactly how I'd like Lloyd Austin to be ejected from the Pentagon.

So given that the military leadership is a pathetic shitshow of idiots, narcissists and corrupt political fuckstains, story number two should come as no big shock.

Being all uber-woke you can be has just about brought the Army to its knees. In this day and age, they’ve fallen so far down the rabbit hole anymore that they can’t get anyone who’s their normal target recruit to sign up to save their lives. Or anyone else’s, for that matter. Their recruiting numbers are dismal.

If someone asked me whether or not they should join the Army, I couldn't give them a yes right now.  I'd tell them to wait a couple of years and see how things shake out.  Why would I encourage anyone to join an organization where the leaders are unaccountable, back-stabbing bags of shit who only do what's politically convenient?  Why would I encourage anyone to join an organization that will throw you under the bus in order to get their stock portfolios to go up?  Why would I encourage anyone to join an organization who's top brass would leave Americans to die in a foreign country for political expediency?

I may have written about this already, but when I was Specialist Dave at Ft Riley, if someone lost a pair of NODs (Night Optical Devices, aka night vision) in the training area, that unit would STAY in the field until they were found.  And if the platoon or company couldn't find it, they would bring out the entire BATTALION and march them through the training area at double-arm interval until those NODs were found.

And in the end, if the NODs were not found, it was career over both for the Soldier who lost them, and his commander.

Mark fucking Milley left over 12,000 sets of NODs behind in Afghanistan when he ran away like the pathetic little fucking bitch he is.  Nobody has been held accountable for that.  Nobody lost their career.  Not one single "leader" has been called on the carpet for throwing away two decades of blood and sweat and tears.  The Taliban were using a US Army Blackhawk helicopter to dangle a corpse above Kabul.  A helicopter that we left behind in our mad rush to fuck things up even worse than anyone could imagine, and Mark fucking Milley was handing out awards last month to the commands who orchestrated that fuckup.  They got rewarded for their fuckup, and the people in charge all sit around doing one big circle jerk of ribbons and awards for each other.  Meanwhile, Soldiers who don't want to take an unapproved clot-shot get treated like shit and kicked out, or told that they're "extremists" for not wanting to read Mark fucking Milley's white rage book club, or demeaned for pointing out that taking in trannys, people with a 45% suicide rate whether they get their dicks chopped off or not, isn't going to help the military kill the enemy.

You think the young kids today don't see that?  You think all the vets and retirees watching don't see what's going on?  You think they're not telling their kids the very same thing I'm saying?  And keep in mind that military service is now a generational thing - kids join the military because someone in their family was in the military.  If those relatives are now saying "Hey, why don't you check out a trade school instead?" then those kids are probably going to listen.

At this point I'm of the opinion that almost every single flag officer needs to be handed their walking papers.  Bring in actual leaders.  Get the politics out of the military, or watch the military continue to fail.  Got forbid we get into a hot war with China.  The 69th Intersectional Dildo Brigade ain't gonna do diddly-squat against people who actually train how to fight. (Thank you Big Country for that little nugget of laughs)

Gah.  Other than firing everyone in charge right now I don't have a whole lot of answers.  I'm glad I'm retiring now, before Drooling Joe's puppet masters fumblefuck us into a shooting war either with Russia or China or God knows who.

The winter storm

Some thoughts on what's going on in parts of the country.

In the late 1970s and early 80s I lived in such a part of the country, near a big lake.  There was no fuel injection; our cars had carburetors. By then we had advanced to the point that the choke was electric and "set" itself when it was cold with a slight press of the pedal.  There was no electric fuel pump; it was driven by the engine.  You got in the car, pumped the pedal once or twice so the accelerator pump would squirt the raw gas in the carb bowl into the intake, pressed it slightly one last time and released to make sure the choke was set and turned the key.  If you did it right for the conditions and your battery was in decent shape the car would start, often firing on two or three cylinders originally and running extremely rough for the first few seconds until the rest of them lit up.  If you got it wrong and flooded it you were screwed as there was insufficient battery power to keep cranking for very long, and if you left a discharged battery out in that cold it was very likely to freeze and split.  Thus if the car failed to start you better either be able to get an immediate jump or have the tools to remove said battery and bring it inside so it wouldn't freeze!

I didn't have a garage; that was a luxury and I had no money.  I was a young man.  I had to park outside.  After said car started you cleared the snow off (frequently a foot deep) and then you had to wait until the engine warmed up enough that you had cabin heat.  Not for yourself; you had on a winter parka and long underwear under your pants but rather for the defroster because if you didn't wait the first time you exhaled your breath would freeze on the INSIDE of the windshield and you couldn't see a damned thing.

Phones were connected with wires and the closest one required a quarter to be deposited in the slot and was probably 10 or more miles away once you got in said car and started driving.  There was a zero chance of you reaching it if you got out in 0F conditions and attempted to hike that; you were dead if you tried that stunt.  If you went off the road and into the piled-high snow, often by February 10' in height on both sides of said road, that had been previously removed from said road by twin-augur snowthrowers on the front of a dump truck filled with sand you'd be lucky if someone realized that hole was made by a car and the car is still in there; there was no way to call for help so your only hope was another vehicle that noticed as if wherever you were going called in your lack of arrival figuring out where you balled it up in those conditions was not going to be easy.  You were quite carful to not have that happen because if it did they'd probably find your dead body in April.  The mailboxes on said roads were hung on tall cantilevered chain rigs that would swing out of the way when hit because otherwise the first time said snow removal device came by it would destroy the mailbox.

You never went anywhere without good (ski-style) gloves in the winter months either on your hands or in the car, and you never went anywhere in the winter months without adequate clothing which included a thick knit hat for your head, gloves and emergency supplies in the vehicle, including plenty of blankets or other means of keeping warm (I was a broke young man so a pile of blankets it was; I didn't have money for a cold-rated sleeping bag/bivvy sack), a source of minor heat (e.g. a candle and means of lighting it), and a small tin or other similar thing plus a set of road flares so IF you were off the road you could lay a trail TO YOU from the road and increase the odds someone driving by would see it, especially at night -- assuming you could walk between the points, that is, which was by no means reasonably assured as there were no such things as airbags either so if you crashed odds were high you were BADLY hurt.  Why the candle and plenty of matches?  The candle wasn't for heat for you; it was to melt snow in said tin so you could drink it without killing yourself via hypothermia, and the means of keeping warm without energy was so if you had a mechanical breakdown and could not use the engine for heat, or had an extended problem and ran out of gas you didn't die.

He goes on.  Do go read the whole thing.

I would note that several of the people who died up near Buffalo died of carbon monoxide poisoning.  That means that they were running their car to keep the heat on, but they didn't clear the snow away from their tailpipe and the exhaust fumes came right back into the car.

Good times make soft men.

Both the wife and I have emergency supplies in our vehicles.  We grew up in colder climates.  We understood that snow and cold could kill you dead, and you had better be prepared.  Every winter you went through a list of things that needed to happen if you got stuck, and one of those things was that you got out of your car and dug out your tailpipe, so that if you needed to run the car you weren't sucking on your own exhaust fumes.  Apparently that little tidbit of information hasn't made it down to later generations.

I don't have any answers.  All I have is my own knowledge, and my attempts to pass it along.  But I'm willing to bet that many of those people died because of their lack of preparation and their lack of knowledge.

Oh, I'm pretty sure I know the reason the FDA said Ivermectin couldn't be used

Despite all the evidence that ivermectin worked, the FDA did everything in its power to stop people from using it.

In a meta-analysis of 63 studies of ivermectin versus COVID-19 in humans, 100% of these have shown positive results.  Studies were from all continents except Antarctica.  Considered individually, 29 of those studies were found to be statistically significant regarding use of ivermectin alone.   Over the 63 studies in meta-analysis, pooled effects showed 69% improvement in early treatment, and prophylactic use showed 86% improvement.   Of those studies in the meta-analysis that were peer-reviewed, overall improvement in early treatment was found to be 70% (64% in randomized controlled trials), and 86% of those in which ivermectin was used prophylactically showed improvement (84% in randomized controlled trials).

Mortality from COVID-19 over all time periods of delay in treatment was 76% improved over controls (69% in randomized controlled trials), whereas mortality was improved 84% in early treatment of COVID-19 (82% in randomized controlled trials).  Forty studies were excluded from the meta-analysis for complicating factors or insufficient detail reported, and these also showed 100% positive results.

Guess what would have NOT happened if the FDA had admitted that Ivermectin works?  Right.  The jabs would NOT have been given an Emergency Use Authorization, because in order to get the EUA, there cannot be any other effective treatment available.  So the FDA had to demonize Ivermectin in order to issue the EUA for the clot-shot.

The clot-shot that is currently causing all kinds of "death by suddenly".  The jab that made lots of people in the government rich.

The shot is satanic, and the people who pushed it are Satan's minions.  Ivermectin works, the government knew, and they lied about it.

More Twitter files

Twitter was banning doctors who quoted the CDC in order to push a political narrative.

But look, you knew this.  You're not dumb.  You knew that at the very least, Twitter was helping the government push their narrative.  Perhaps we didn't know the extent that the government was pushing directly, or how deep the FBI was buried in Twitter to make sure only the "correct" things got said, but you KNEW, deep down in your bones, that Twitter was censoring free speech.  When the government narrative and every social media platform is all parroting the same song, you know it's bullshit.

Which turns us to every other social media platform.  If Twitter was censoring speech for the government, what was happening in Google and YouTube and Fecesbook and Instagram and Reddit and aaaaaall the platforms who helped enforce the narrative?

I think you know.

The true meaning of Christmas

Is getting a varmint rifle, and then being able to nail the raccoon that's been tearing up your mom's barn.

Because if it weren't for mom wanting that damn varmint done with, I would have never gotten the rifle.  So there we are.  One dead coon.

I'll be leaving the rifle for my dad to use in my absence.  But damn that's a nice gun.

Merry Christmas, everyone

Christmas,  Christ's Mass.  Cristus Missas.  Remember the Reason for the Season.  Gather your loved ones 'round you and enjoy their company.  Eat much, laugh long, love a lot.

I'll be doing the same.
